Pic 1️⃣: Sea Shells Waffle / 貝殼窩夫 - $88 hkd 🧇🐚 — Probably one of their most popular menu items so I had to try it out! Don’t be fooled by the images you see online, this was actually such a massive portion 😂. Golden-brown in colour, and made-to-order, I was super impressed by how crispy the exterior of these waffles were. Not to mention, they were also pillowy soft on the inside. Golden-brown in colour, and made-to-order, I was super impressed by how crispy the exterior of these waffles were. Not to mention, they were also pillowy soft on the inside. The waffles are served alongside a cup of vanilla ice cream mixed with custard and syrup, and a lovely caramelised banana on top. I loved that the custard wasn’t overly sweet and had a smooth texture to it that went really well with the waffles. Personally, I wish it came with a bit more syrup as the waffles felt slightly dry towards the end, but overall it was an enjoyable dessert.

— Saw everyone else ordering this so I didn’t want to miss out 😂 This was an interesting blend of americano and a pineapple slushy which I’ve never seen anywhere else. I can’t say they’re a match made in heaven but it was definitely a refreshing drink to have. The pineapple slushy had chunks of pineapple in it so you know you’re getting the real deal. However, it lacked richness which made the drink seem a bit watered down. The americano isn’t overly strong so it’s perfect for non-coffee drinkers like myself who just want to try this out.
Pic 3️⃣: Portobello Mushroom and Truffle Cream Orecchiete / 松露油大啡菇忌廉貓耳朵 - $110 hkd 🍝
— Slightly underwhelmed by this as it was quite bland. The truffle aroma is there but the dish itself lacks salt and flavour of any sort. Pasta was cooked well though.
