being unfamiliar with the place, i have a difficult time finding the place. however the search is worth it. upon reaching the place, i was leaded by the staff to a seat with a menu. i ordered a bowl of fish belly with pig liver congee and a side dish raw crunchy fish skin. the food arrived shortly. i fell in love with the congee immediately after the first mouth. the congee is so smooth that i hardly feel the rice grain. it has a nice fragrance. the pig liver is nicely cooked and very fresh. the
