It was my dad's birthday and my mum suggested to go to this hotel for buffet because she saw a discount coupon on openrice. When we got there, we realised that they provide oyster as well. I had never been to a lunch buffet which provide oyster so I was a bit shock. Anyway, the line is always long there because everyone wants oyster. The oyster was so fresh because they open them up in front of you. The oyster was very smooth and it just slide down your throat. I added spicy tomato sauce as well

The salmons were so fresh and they cut them in thick slices. They were easy to chew and so fatty.
The Hainanese chicken rice was so yummy. The chicken was tender and smooth. The rice was not too oily but tasty at the same time.
There were a lot to choose from the salad bar. The ingredients were all fresh and crispy.
