Decor was cute but oddly it was also decorated with many Michelin posters and even a cute Michelin mascot doll. I wonder where they bought that? Sorbet with Grilled Pineapple ($52). This was listed in the Michelin guide to try so we ordered this. This was actually good on a hot summer day. The ice was completely made of pineapple which was good. Though it wasn't very fine ice and I had quite a number of chunky ice bits. The grilled pineapple had a layer of honey on top so it was extremely sweet.

Mango Napoleon Mille Feulle ($59). This was huge when it arrived. I think we were kind of in shock how large it was when placed in front of us. This was listed in the Michelin guide as well, so we ordered it. The cream was nice and slightly sweet. The pastry was crumbly and crispy. The mango was a bit sour, perhaps not in season? But over all, not too bad.

Trio of Strawberry ($59). This was not one of the Michelin guide suggestions as the third suggestion was  matcha lava cake. We weren't too into that, so we choose this instead. The trio of strawberries was actually a strawberry mousse and strawberry ice cream, strawberry yogurt, and just sliced strawberries with strawberry jam. I wasn't too impressed by this. It looked pretty but the taste of strawberries in the mousse didn't come through. The mousse itself was strangely soggy. I can't say much on the yogurt except I like my yogurt more creamy in texture but I know most people don't.

Perhaps only stick to the desserts that Michelin suggests as those were solid and decent enough. I would stick with the pineapple ice especially and would probably be back for that.
