To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1. 特大帆立貝$9 ~ 尚算鮮味及大件.2. 赤海蝦$9 ~ 比平時的壽司蝦大隻, 但冇咩蝦味.3. 他他牛$9 ~ 分別在幾間食過此款牛, 幾次都好韌, 牛味不出.4. 池魚$9 ~ 新鮮特別, OK啦, 5. 長鯺吞拿魚腩$9 ~ 雖然食不到肥美感, 但總比吞拿魚好味.6. 蟹肉三文魚籽軍艦$9 ~ 好味, 因為不是沾滿沙律醬, 而且食到蟹肉兼有蟹肉味.7. 海鰻$9 ~ 海鰻肉質入口比鰻魚嫩滑, 醬汁也是平時那包附上.8. 蒸鰻魚壽司$16 ~ 這是上期的期間出品, 鰻魚像平時那般, 而飯蒸得太淋了. 醬汁不夠佐飯.9. 炸公魚 ~ 很香口, 比想像中多肉, 魚骨很幼, 一次過食落肚, 值得一試.10. 吞拿魚醬油漬$16 ~ 次次都叫這款, 不用沾鼓油也夠味.11. 油甘魚刺身$35 ~ 越食越無味.其他長期供應的壽司款式都沒什麼特別啦, 只是為了續會吸印才去食元氣.
