話說,早兩星期阿J 同我帶了表弟仔去尖沙咀的金域假日酒店食超值的Tea Buffet,自那次後,表弟仔便愛上了這間酒店,每逢在九龍,總會問是不是去這間酒店食飯,而今晚,姑姐禮尚往來,話要請PJ食一餐,地點當然係表弟仔建議的金域假日。但今次我們唔係食Buffet, 而係食姑姐一向喜歡的意大利菜,加上Osteria 餐廳暑假正在推廣以海鮮作主題的特色海鮮菜式,喜歡食海鮮的我當然舉腳讚成,表弟仔亦大呼:"好嘢! 這間酒店真係有好多Pokemon 捉 ga!"表弟仔非常挑食,在眾多海鮮中,他最愛的一定是鮑魚,繼而便是龍蝦。意大利餐廳好少會有鮑魚,於是今晚我們決定點齊餐牌上的龍蝦菜式,確實是瘋狂了一點,但志在大家開心share 。Osteria的麵包一向有水準,最搶手的一定是那些香脆的bread stick,以小為尊,最好的當然都留給表弟仔了。慢煮龍蝦,炒帶子,青蘋果雪芭這個頭盤是我的最愛,龍蝦肉經慢煮後味道特別鮮甜,而且肉質極嫰。最欣賞那青蘋果雪芭,味道清新,一點也不假,與龍蝦以及帶子的味道超匹配,是一道非常成功的開胃前菜。扒原隻波士頓龍蝦,蕃茄紅洋蔥沙律,辣椒檸檬汁表弟仔最喜歡啖啖肉的龍蝦扒

自家製意大利粉一直都是Osteria的強項,是晚的蛋麵做得十分出色,爽滑彈牙,刻意比坊間的意粉弄得粗一點,掛汁能力一流!醬汁用了炒蜆以及意大利蕃茄,邊吃邊覺得自已在喝蜆精,so so yummy!

龍蝦意大利飯
喜歡吃意大利飯的朋友就一定不能錯過Osteria的龍蝦意大利飯,除了粒粒龍蝦肉夠晒吸引外,煙韌得來不失軟滑,而意大利飯有着濃郁的龍蝦湯香氣,大廚亦特別添加了檸檬汁去調味,菜色味道頓時立體起來。

吃到這裏,我們都已超級飽,冷不防表弟竟然告訴我們他還未夠喉,那好吧,另加了一客青口番茄湯給他,希望能夠填飽發育中的他吧。好彩,青口湯的分量十足,還跟了一塊焗得香脆的麵包。番茄湯因為加入了大量青口的緣故而變得非常鮮甜,我有幸偷喝了一口,其餘的都留給表弟仔吧!

好彩甜品這一環,表弟仔完全沒有興趣,我終於可以大啖吃了。這個白朱古力球表面上看是一個平平無奇的黑朱古力球,誰不知,內有乾坤。

服務員將溫暖的榛子奶倒在黑朱古力球上,待外殼溶化,便露出雪白的 white chocolate truffle。白朱古力球撤了椰絲喺面,味道有點甜膩,但配合榛子奶一併吃,就剛剛好。

現在向大家匯報一下表弟仔整晚捉精靈的數目,一共捉了48隻,其中三隻是罕有精靈,至於我最喜愛的傻鴨,一共捉了六隻!利申 PJ手機內沒有Pokemon程式...特別一提,大部分信用咭都有85折,真開心。
