Atmosphere and decor are really good, you would feel like you were entering a restaurant in some western country.Staff were quite friendly, but not smiley... (i prefer smiles)They did not really greet you like how they do it in the U.S. But you can find the best potato skins here - crispy, not having too much potato on the skins.The thing about potato skins is that they cannot be thick, otherwise, it would be like eating baked potatoes. So... Dan Ryan's got the perfect texture. nomnomnom
