Afternoon,my friend and I had a break and chitcha in a Italian-HongKongnese style cafe called ''Villa Villa'' located in Kam Ping street north.The front side of the cafe is quite cute in minimalist style. The cafe's interior design is in a warm,neat,idyllic style.My friend and I ordered a home-made pizza,a pasta,two sides,two cups of organic coffee,and a scroop of ice-cream.We ordered a home-made double cheese pizza( 自家製雙重芝士薄餅)HKD$88 and +HKD$30 to add smoked salmon.This pizza makes me mouth wat

This pizza makes me mouth watering.The dough of pizza is home-made and proved.Cuttlefish ink is added to increase the crispiness of the pizza.
This is a thin crust pizza.
Double cheese and sun dried tomatoes are added with my favourite-smoked salmon.Yummmmmmm.
Customers can +HKD$30 to add one self choose ingredient & +HKD$50 for two.
There are buffalo mozzarella/chorizo/smoked salmon/Parma ham/pineapple&a rockets chose from.
For the pasta,we ordered a fresh basil garlic shrimp spaghetti with white wine sauce(鮮蝦羅勒蒜香白酒汁意粉) HKD$76
The spaghetti is perfectly cooked.It is firm to bite, a bit chewy,springy yet not too hard nor mushy.It has nice refresh,clean herbal flavours from the roughly ground fresh basil and coated with fresh aromatic greeny olive oil.
For the sides,we ordered a mini crispy chicken(本格炸地雞)HKD$45
The chicken cut into bite size pieces.Superrrrrrrrrrr succulent and juicy.crispy on the outside yet the batter is quite thin and well seasoned,not too salty.It is one of the best deep fried chickens I had tasted.Lovvvvvve.We also ordered deep fried breaded prawns(吉列炸蝦)HKD$48
The prawns are crunchy and crispy,thanks to the bread crumbs coated upon them.The prawns are small to me though.
Both of us drank the hot organic coffees while chitchat in the cafe.
Even though the coffee is brewed by organic coffee beans,the aromatic flavours not under those regular ones.
It tastes even better than those non-organic coffees with nice acidity and strong coffee aroma.
Customers who ordered lunch sets can get a free organic coffee.Nice!!The waitress and the owner are nice and helpful.
