Tsui Wah as everyone knows it, is a local Cha Chaan Teng famous for many of its Cantonese dishes such as fish ball noodles, curry beef brisket and crispy condensed milk bun. I actually consider Tsui Wah to be partially international especially the one located at Wellington street, where it is almost a Must Go restaurant for traveler in Hong Kong. Sometimes I joke about Tsui Wah's success lies on this very branch.

Tsui Wah at Wellington street is always packed with locals and foreigners, I think it opens 24/7. There are three floors in total which basically can accommodate a lot of people at the same time. The period when I see the most people dining at this Tsui Wah is probably at midnight when everyone is (a little bit/ very) wasted. As we all know, drunk food always taste better and the same also apply in here. Plus drunk people doesn't care how much the food costs, so they can charge us whatever here lol.

Luncheon Meat & Egg Noodles
This simple comfort dish can easily go wrong by having an overdone egg, under fried luncheon meat or cheap noodles, but Tsui Wah is not the case. The egg was perfectly fried with runny yolk and the luncheon meat was nicely fried so it was a bit crispy on the outside.

Corn Beef Toast
This corn beef toast is my personal favourite in Tsui Wah Restaurant. Salty corn beef with creamy scramble egg is the best salty toast combination at all time. (My fav sweet toast combination is peanut butter and condensed milk!)

Condensed Milk Bun
I was very disappointed that the bun came in warm with a soggy texture. Even the yummy condensed milk couldn't save it. I put it down after a few bites. It was once so good.

Red Bean Milk
The red bean milk was very yummy but was quite sweet. There were loads of red bean but so was the ice.

I have dined in Tsui Wah multiple times at different branches, their quality is pretty much the same. Most of their signature dishes are actually very good, so I guess Tsui Wah is a good cha chan tang choice.
