I went there with my friend today. I went there with my friend today. It was a quite Sunday night without too many customers but it still took around 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order.

The decor is pretty much of southern style and they played old American cartoons and western movies which was interesting.

The food came real quick.
We had mac'n cheese ball first. The deep fried shell was crispy and didn't make me feel heavy at all. The pepper sauce came with it also taste good and the jalapeño slice was a mouth refresher.
Then came our burgers. It's wired that they didn't ask how'd we want the burger to be cooked. I always go for rare because I like my burger to be juicy and tender, so this is medium rare like patty was a bit overlooked for me.

The 'skirt' was bigger than it appears but really oily and salty which made it hard to finish the whole thing. And the burger was tasteless itself.

This one doesn't look as good but has abetted taste. The bourbon bacon jam had a excellent balance of sweet and sour, also it was tender and not chewy but the original smell of bacon itself was missing. I was a little disappointed about that but overall good. The blue cheese increased the flavor. If there were more and spreaded evenly, this burger would be raised to a new height. However the patty was tasteless. The meat itself is of very good quality and beefy flavor but it would be better if they change the fat to lean ratio by adding more fat meat to it. Then the patty would be more firm and holds better. The patty was lacking in seasoning, there was no trace of salt or pepper and I think they are very much needed to butch up the patty and to cope with the strong taste of bacon jam and blue cheese.
However the bun was exactly what I wanted. Dense, moist, savory, slightly sweet... Yum
The fries: I don't appreciate the lank texture but it came really fresh, dry and appetizing. Meanwhile, the interior was still moist and not with some semblance of potato flavor.
