Finally have a chance to visit this "tea house". Very good concept to sell tea and with a restaurant attached, offering cuisine with tea ingredients.Excellent service, good knowledge of what they are selling, introducing different kinds of tea. Excellent service, good knowledge of what they are selling, introducing different kinds of tea. Pretty interior, although it's located in a busy shopping mall, rather noisy outside (unavoidable in HK), still the decorations make me feel relaxed.
Look at the tea menu, wow! That's amazing, lists of tea from different countries. If I had time, I would prefer to sit down and study it in details. I picked Singapore Breakfast tea, no technical reason but just because I miss Singapore.
Food menu offer quite variety of choices, not like traditional tea house, only offer a few small dishes. Basically, all dishes have tea ingredients, very nice. I chose the TWG Tea Lasagna, using Moroccan Mint Tea with tomato and fresh basil sauce. First, it looks pretty, and indeed, it taste delicious! The portion looks medium, but in fact, I feel very full after finishing the whole dish. No room for dessert. I saw some ladies in another table, they were having apple tart, looked nice too, will try next time.
Will definitely come back to try their tea time sets, hopefully can do it in weekdays, less crowded And love to visit their branch in Singapore too.
