Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十二月中旬‧晴近來興微評,等我又微一微。如邀請來試菜,這裡轉了新廚師,大廚Chef Asif Iqbal生於南印度,曾於幾間著名印度菜食府工作,有水準。必試的就是胡椒雞串燒(Mirchi Kebab),除了胡椒以外還加入了青辣椒去醃雞肉,味道不太辣而只帶一點辛香辣勁。雞肉也是十分嫩滑,據之是選取了雞胸肉中最好的部份,口感軟熟也帶爽,非常好吃。這一道大廚的招牌菜,好吃。
