It was a Sunday night and my family wanted to have buffet for dinner! Tried to book few other five-star hotel buffets in town to make an on-day booking but most of them were fully booked! My family was assigned a table near the corridor, which we were already told over the phone which might be a little far away from the buffet table. I don't really like their sofa seat it was too low. I arrived around at 7:30pm and I saw some of their hot dishes were already out. I asked one of the server about when they would bring out the spare ribs and she told me it will take sometimes. She brought out some spare ribs for me after 10 minutes before the chef brought out the dish! That was really thoughtful of her! As for the seafood section, I don't see oysters anymore! When I came last year they still had it! Their sashimi quality was just like those at all-you-can-eat Japanese place! My mom and I had diarrhea when we got home! Not sure if its because of their cold selections ><

After I sat down for a while the server brought each of us a half-sided baked lobster. It was just alright, nothing special. The best part of the buffet would be their dessert selection. It wasn't a very good dining experience, I was not happy with the speed of refilling & the seating arrangement. It took them forever to replenish all the items! It was also disappointing to find out the fact that they don't serve oysters anymore... I should have done some researches on openrice before heading to the Clipper's Lounge!
