Had a terrible experience today and I swear i'm never going back to this place again, not if this female staff is still working there!

Me and my Japanese boyfriend went to this restaurant as we enjoyed our last visit there depsite a slight incident we had with the customer service. The lunch set was very reasonable so we decided to have lunch there again today. We got to the restaurant at 12pm and it happened that we were the first customers. We sat down and a male staff came and approached us, took our order and we were still fine at that time.

Then at around 12:10pm, this female staff stormed into the restaurant, not in uniform, started talking very loudly across the restaurant to the male staff. She had no manner and was utterly rude! The fact that she treated us as though we were invisible! 

The male staff kindly asked her to check if the food should come together or separately. But guess what she said? She said, "Whatever, tell the chef to cook, whatever comes first, just serve them (referring to me and my bf)." I mean seriously?!? how rude is it? At least she should have the courtesy to ask me and my boyfriend whether or not we want our meals to come together. Come on, we are talking about a Japanese restaurant! not a Kong Kong cafe! This sort of service is NOT acceptable. Even my boyfriend agrees and got so pissed off. That staff needs to learn her lesson - I dont care if she is in a bad mood or she is new, the point is you have to stay professional at all time!

Obviously me and my boyfriend were communicating in English and she thought we didnt know Cantonese, well next time, think twice! really really am disappointed with the poor poor service by this 'particular' staff! If the manager of this reataurant is reading my comment, please provide her with 'additional' training or just simply replace her. Thank you.
