ice-cream is smooth and thick (unlike other shop that is very "liquid "like) and the no artifical flavoring taste much realistic.
also, there are loads and loads of chocolate chips which is out of my expectations and can't imagine tht every single lick and bite you will get a mouth-ful of chocolate chips.
and the cookie "cup" is like crsipy waffle, very buttery and nicely baked with golden color on the outside, I like to crack the waffle in to small chips and mix with the creamy ice-cream.
together, you can taste crisps and cream at one bite: taste like heaven
other may say that Holly Brown is always too sweet but I think pepermint is a very good choice, black chocolate chips reduces the sweetness and refreshing mint just make it cool and nice.
however, I think the size is relatively small as it cause $5X but the waffle cup just life the whole ice-cream and looks like a big scoop of ice-cream, when you lift it up, the small scoop made me a little bit disappointed.
still: overall, price is abit expensive, but the gelato is definitely not over-rated.
