Excellent Value for Money Hot Pot with great ambience.
No waiting on Saturday before 7pm.
Restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly.
English menu was available upon request.

Dinner for 2 came to 185HKD
1 Pot (Sichuan hot & spicy broth) - very good for colds (recommend to take out chilis and add in to taste throughout the boil)
3 vegetables (baby white cabbage, green pea sprouts, rape-oil)
Sliced Pork Belly (fatty)
Local chunk sliced beef (lot of fat and cartilage though)
Pork meatballs (very tasty)
local sliced fish (so delicate and fresh - no fishy smell)
1 order Udon noodle (enough for 2 persons)
free dipping sauces (make yourself)
+12HKD/pp all you can drink beverage and 2 desserts

Drink selection normal (nothing special) - sodas and some fruit juices.
Dessert was almond water and some redbean paste. Both were not great. Redbean paste had a stinky smell to it as if the water quality used was not good. Almond desert was too diluted and just tasted like almond water.

Overall, very good value, clean, and sufficient, and you can pick and choose your dishes so the cost doesn't get out of hand at other such all you can eat hotpot places.
