Months after the opening of Bake Cheese Tart by Kinotoya in Sogo, the lines are becoming shorter and not as crazy!I got to Sogo around 7pm a couple Fridays ago, and the line for Bake Cheese Tart was extended to the fire exit, but it was quite short. I stood in line for about 5 minutes before a staff member distributed paper cards to about 10 of us in line. Then, he brought us to the Bake Cheese Tart counter.I arrived at the counter and saw that the tarts were $20 each and $110 for 6. Since 6

I arrived at the counter and saw that the tarts were $20 each and $110 for 6. Since 6 tarts fit into each box, I decided to get 6. After paying and receiving my cheese tarts, I checked my watch and saw that from the moment I arrived at the queue to the time I got the goods, it took just about 7 minutes! Much better than the 2 hours I heard about when this place first opened!

I think that the tart would be even better if I had them as soon as I got home. If I go to Sogo and see that the line is short again, I will probably buy another box of the cheese tarts and try them when they are still warm to see if the filling is more gooey!
