(Smoked Soft-boiled Egg with Black Truffle Pearls) - $68 hkd
— Such a delicious and beautifully presented dish. The egg was cooked to perfection and had an aromatic smoky flavour to it. Loved the addition of black truffle pearls which really elevated the dish and helped bring out the rich smoky taste even more.

(Coconut Pudding Bunny) - $36 hkd
— Super cute appearance but texture of this pudding was a little too firm, there seems to be an overload of gelatine in this making the pudding hard to cut through. There is a slight coconut aroma but not overpowering. This dessert is quite sweet for my preference.

(Shanghai Style Sweet & Sour Baby Back Ribs) - $98 hkd
— Another delicate dish. The ribs had an even distribution of lean meat and fat which was coated in a generous amount of sweet and sour sauce. The dish itself had a perfect balance of sweetness and savouriness making it very appetising.

(Deep-fried Rice Cake with Seafood) - $182 hkd
— This was so delicious and addicting! The sauce was so rich and flavourful as it’s made with a combination of fresh seafood, including shrimps, scallops and lobster. The fried rice cakes were light, airy and not greasy at all. All the flavours and elements worked very well together.

(Stir-fried Glutinous Rice Cake with Shepherd’s Purse) - $138 hkd
— Good dish but nothing mind blowing. Rice cakes were a bit hard, wish they were more chewy.

(Sizzling Steam-fried Shanghai Pork Bun) - $72 hkd
— Loved this! These were made fresh to order so they were sizzling hot when it arrived on our table. The bun had a perfect amount of pork filling and is pan fried to a crispy exterior whilst remaining soft and pillowy on the inside. The soup inside the bun was flavourful but did not mask the taste of the pork. However, this was quite oily.

(Steamed Charcoal Bun with Molten Custard) - $58 hkd
— The bun was soft whilst the filling had an intense salted egg yolk taste. Filling was still super runny even when cooled down.
