To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入去等位只等了一陣，有位被叫“出出面”，諗住意思係出去最近門口個度，坐低之前，個阿姐叫住“你！唔好郁，坐呢邊！(指住後面個位)之後對後面一對情侶講“你兩個坐埋一邊”，之後指住叫我同我朋友“你地坐埋同一邊”。個下突然覺得自己似個犯咁。之後個朋友唔舒服就叫一個餐加個菠蘿油就算，咁加埋除二都過每人最低消費二十元，點知個阿姐串串聲咁要我地叫多杯野飲，我當場黑左面，不過個朋友趕住睇醫生就叫多左杯檸水。野食係咪真係好食呢，我認為可以啦，未至於好食到要連一個人既尊嚴都冇埋。我一路食一路諗，其實仲有冇香港人黎食架呢，點知聽落又真係全場都講普通話。要咁不被尊重，又咁迫咁食d咁一般既野，我覺得唔洗再去了！
