最鍾意食香口嘢,食西式早餐只愛魚柳。所有連鎖店食過,星期六日响就近區內試勻哂,最好仍然係Noble House。有一排我差唔多個個星期日都去叫同一個餐,冇去好一陣子,今早冇嘢食又好自然咁去咗呢度。老闆娘見到我已經問係咪要早餐C配即磨咖啡,我當然冇異議。呢度嘅魚柳,據講係老闆自己去街市揀,番嚟自己醃。外皮麵包糠炸到脆卜卜唔油,而且用咗香草醃製,咬落啲魚唔係雪藏到冇哂味,而且唔會炸到乾爭爭仲好滑溜。店方好細心咁將拌碟嘅茄汁豆暖過先上。連薯蓉都落咗心思,雖然唔係用好多牛油同cream食落有啲嚡,但除咗全蓉仲有粒粒薯增加咬口,拌以香草食落有香味又冇咁漏。抄蛋唔係用好多cream所以唔滑但食落都幾有蛋香。多士是烘底微焦,上面再捈牛油,又脆又軟又香非常討好。蕃茄肉碎通又係我嘅至愛,通粉唔會過冧,蕃茄湯用咗新鮮茄加膏又夠味。稍為失色係杯咖啡,唔夠甘香。
