日式燒肉同韓式燒肉現在都成行成市, 韓式比較喜歡用煎PAN, 日式喜歡用網網, 用網網比較易燒焦, 但油都漏左去下面, 冇咁油膩囉~這邊的肉質不錯, 大多肉都有醃過, 不過大多都比較薄, 好易燒走晒D肉汁...火力超級大, 醃過更易燒焦, 加上肉有油更加搶火...日燒大多都有呢個通病, 所以其實日本野食材最緊要呢
