To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人最愛餐廳之一呢間餐廳在ISQURE高層，又係一間比客人坐享靚景嘅餐廳同屋企人去都係坐房食，風景真係好靚中意影相就啱哂食物一如既往咁好，風景一如既往咁靚龍蝦刺身賣相好靚，屋企人話好食，我覺得無味可能我唔識欣賞龍蝦生食燒鵝，鵝肝發自內心的吶喊，好好食啊之後去開呢度，其他地方嘅燒鵝同佢相比之下實在太遜色啦鵝肝就更加好，直接成為我嘅最愛佢係凍盤，沒有了一般煎鵝肝的油膩感，入口即溶的感覺更加鮮明美食當前即使肥都忍唔到口，嗌咗兩份

發自內心的吶喊，好好食啊
之後去開呢度，其他地方嘅燒鵝同佢相比之下實在太遜色啦
鵝肝就更加好，直接成為我嘅最愛
