To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向幫襯炮台山間分店,食物質素一流。今日經過香港站這間,諗住喺分店,質素有番咁上下,所以就喺度食. 殊不知, 啲食物唔單止係凍嘅, 啲腸粉同粉果啲皮厚到不得了, 其他點心好似番蒸完又番蒸咁. 唔單止食物唔掂,個環境更加唔掂, 擠迫到好似白鴿籠咁, 坐得好唔舒服. 後來有個女人搭枱, 佢攞咗我哋壺茶去斟, 咁我就叫啲阿姐開多壼茶畀我哋, 點知佢話茶要share 用, 我以為搭枱就有啫,原來搭茶都有㗎, 我諗遲啲要搭埋點心囉!但係都唔知點解仲有咁多人食, 但係我就一定冇下次囉!
