橫綱拉麵細細個經過都好多人排隊,但係成日都冇機會食,最近喺附近返學,所以就可以試一試。今次叫個拉麵,嚟到時候果樣,賣相唔錯,但係一食落去幻想既味道就幻滅左。首先,個湯底唔熱,食拉麵或者食麵,個湯底都好緊要;但係呢個湯底係暖嘅,一飲落去,就會覺得好似成口油。呢度已經大打折扣。跟住就到嗰舊叉燒,我叫咗炭燒豬腩肉,賣相唔錯,但係一食落去,我就唔想食;豬腩肉,大家都會覺得係會有肥肉同埋瘦肉,咁樣食落去唔會太鞋唔韌,但係, 呢塊豬腩肉係我食落去最鞋最韌既,我竟然係食唔晒舊叉燒。同埋,炭燒豬腩肉,淨係燒一邊,另一邊係冇燒既,咁已經覺得唔專業喇🤔至於個麵質就一般,冇乜特別。成碗拉麵,我都食唔晒就埋單走人。只可以講,所有嘢幻想最美好嘅。整體味道指數:😋/5性價比:💰💰/5環境:❤️❤️/5服務:✅✅/5 continue reading

朋友介紹食嘅日式拉麵店🍜,冇諗過喺這裏嘅拉麵啲誘人味道令我驚喜連連!牛肉拉麵面頭好足料,滿載嗰啲牛肉片,韌性啱啱好,一啖落去,真係「爽口」得嚟又鮮嫩。湯底滑溜,安排得好均勻,飲一啖暖笠笠親烏,非常滋味!叉燒拉麵又係另一番風味,叉燒香味講真啱晒口味,咬落鬆化,卜卜聲彷彿音樂,「噴香」!粟米同紫菜嘅加入,更加錦上添花,湯底一啲都唔濁,仲有啲「清甜」,飲完一碗心情好似都爽朗晒!一行人share咗煎餃子,表面焦香,裏面嘅餡料「鮮滑」,真係一試難忘!坐喺擁擠嘅店裡,你會覺得咁樣嘅小地方竟然蘊藏咁大嘅美味,實在「正」!唯一遺憾就係啲店員有啲「冇善意」,可能忙到忽略咗客人感受。總括嚟講,這家日式拉麵店的美食使人好满足,次次來都有新發現,個人超級愛佢哋嘅魚豚骨拉麵,真心推介俾拉麵愛好者👍。 continue reading

好多年前香港仲未咁多拉麵鋪先, 橫綱絕對係當時既名店之一一來價錢比較便宜, 二來亦足料飽肚, 估唔到可以做到今時今日有時候經過都見唔少人有排隊, 當然冇以前咁誇張星期六見旺角人頭湧湧咁多開關落來既人士, 決定走向尖咀方向搵食見到鋪頭冇咩人, 好耐都冇食佢, 決定入去食返碗當然價錢係升左D, 合理, 上到台見到碗面熱辣辣, 叉燒半肥厚, 唔會過老痴牙湯底亦唔係味精湯, 飲落係順滑濃郁既豬骨味, 唔錯不過美中不足當然就係冇冰水, 仲係一杯熱茶而且食到半想加辣, 見到湯面係港式既辣椒油, 試左加一匙落去, 係唔夾既! continue reading
