To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 桃園制作粥麵餐廳，位於彩虹清水灣道45號彩雲商場3樓A322號舖。 在彩雲商場裏面做街坊生意， 之前都食過好多次， 今次來吃下午茶，香煎一口豚肉麻酸辣米線$40、 雪菜肉絲米粉 & 奶醬厚多士$32、 新鮮冷壓檸檬茶$3、茶走。 🔸香煎一口豚肉麻酸辣米線 ～ 一口豚肉入味軟腍， 湯底的麻酸度剛好。 🔸雪菜肉絲米粉 ～ 雪菜不會過鹹，米粉幼身。 🔸奶醬厚多士 ～ 滿滿的奶醬， 但多士唔夠熱。 🔸新鮮冷壓檸檬茶 ～ 味道清香，無澀味。 🔸茶走 ～ 甜度剛好。整體而言，性價比高。 🏷️溫馨提示～ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見， 只作參考😊。

上次吃過蔥油煎肉餅飯，十分回味，蔥油可以解膩，肉餅又煎得香脆可口。但今次黎有小小失望，蔥花切得太大粒，又無蔥花香味。肉餅煎耐左小小，有小小鞋口，依然煎得香脆。值得一提，呢度俾白飯份量充足，唔怕食唔飽👍🏼

叫咗外賣鷄扒麻辣米線，食咗兩啖，竟然有曱甴🪳係碗麵入面，即刻唔敢食，倒胃口🤮。離晒譜，做飲食一定要乾淨企理，至少會端上枱面嘅餸菜係乾淨。呢個係基本要求，對餐廳失去信心。

幫襯咗幾次呢間嘅四川麻辣牛肉炒飯，夠麻夠辣夠鑊氣，應該擺左成條紫天椒🌶️推薦鐘意食辣嘅人試下～至於佢嘅麻辣酸米線就不了，主要係湯比較稀，米線同配料都一般，總括嚟講係一間不過不失嘅茶記，留意外賣要等好耐。
