是日用餐前已和媽媽路過餐廳 想試吃蛋糕 但那時下午餐時間 餐廳滿座 念念不忘加上近來不想吃太多肉 所以和媽媽慶祝生日時提出此餐廳 午餐套餐有 $70 & $98主要分別在於湯/飲品湯 是一盅上的當日是牛肝菌湯素湯清 沒有平時的油膩感 但卻做到十分濃郁的感覺飲品 當日是柑桔水 意想不到不是平日飲到甜甜的柑桔水 而是有種養生感覺的那種芥蘭炸羽衣甘藍 羽衣甘藍脆但沒有上火感 因為伴著炒芥蘭的汁 芥蘭不會苦士多啤梨猴頭菇 看上去奇怪 但味道卻特別 酸酸甜甜的猴頭菇口感很好蛋白藜麥炒飯 健康得黎有獲氣 啖啖藜麥 自製豆腐煲 豆腐嫩滑得黎似玉子豆腐但卻有有厚感的外層Apple crumble cheesecake ENCORE 再 ENCORE上邊apple crumble 做到唔會太濕  岩岩好乾身 下邊cheese cake 軟硬合適 唔會膩  continue reading

這是一間新派素食館,菜式是中西合璧的。你可以食到傳統的中式素菜,亦會有西式沙律供應。今天下午我們來食午餐,這裡會供應午市套餐,但散叫亦可。午市小菜套餐包括湯(有兩款選擇)及一個主菜跟一個白飯。我哋叫了咕嚕猴頭菇,猴頭菇咕嚕肉,紅燒豆腐及手抓餅配沙律。中式燉湯好足料,西式湯就比較一般,雖然話有紅菜頭但只係食到普通忌廉湯的味道。咕嚕猴頭菇炸粉比較多,所以外皮比較硬而厚,但猴頭菇本身就非常之軟滑。通常素菜館做猴頭菇菜式都偏向硬身少少,因為想保留有肉的好感。所以這味菜式是沒有刻意去扮肉,而係純粹要軟淋淋的口感紅燒自家製豆腐先用一個小鍋上,賣相精緻,豆腐不是一夾就散,反而覺得好像日式玉子豆腐般有一些硬度。吃下甚有味道的,是不錯的豆腐菜式手抓餅這個就十分有玩味,吃的是真的跟一般的手抓餅一樣,只是沒有肉在入面。伴碟的紫菜卷亦做得非常香口。跟沙律菜一齊食的話,就比較像一般cafe輕食菜的感覺。整體菜式都是不俗的,不過價錢上的話呢就略嫌貴了小小。 continue reading

最近因為想食得清淡同健康點,所以選擇食新派素菜,其實之前都幫襯過一次,燉湯的味道不錯,菜式的選擇也算多,今次試了一個 HKD4XX 套餐 for 兩個個人的,份量很足:有前菜,兩個燉湯,兩個主菜加兩個甜點,品嚐後,發現味道也不錯!!其實我平時好少食素菜,所以菜式及味道都比較新鮮!但唯一美中不足的是他們關門的時間較早!很多時比較早截單,雖然店內環境可以,但總有點被催趕的感覺!不過,整體服務還可以,服務員都會熱心推介! continue reading

Checked out this place for lunch with a couple of friends, and came out really satisfied. Staff was very friendly, and knew the dishes really well. We ordered set lunches, and portions were pretty generous. Price was decent too. The kale stew was the best of all dishes. Very flavorful. Never seen it prepares it such way - served ans cooked in a Chinese claypot. Double boiled mushrooms soup was really good too, and so was the cream of pumpkin. Didn't get to try the desserts, but we also definitely go back. continue reading

元宵佳節也是我的茹素日,外子特登挑了這間食店係賞花燈前共晉晚餐。座位不多,只有兩三張四人car 座,我們兩個人被安排到最入既半梳化座,同隔離檯還是超近的。價錢唔平,唔expect 係咁lor. 說話很細聲,鄰座食客都聽到一清二楚。一座低有餐前小食,當然要計錢啦沒有點套餐,唔想局限自己食乜。佈置尚算清雅上善炒飯,配上松子,炒得不錯$98岩鹽燒:喜馬拉雅山牛肝菌鹽燒伴牛油果焗蛋 $138幾特別,配搭得宜但太多菇喇!仲未食完主菜,餐廳已自動送上半熔既兩件甜品應該問下客人上甜品未lor法式蒙布朗:栗子味,太甜$28橙皮檸檬芝士蛋糕🍰唔多掂!$32整體來說,食物味道好壞參半。服務唔太好價錢算貴,份量少。 continue reading
