To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢次喺grand Hyatt 「港灣壹號」食中菜慶祝爸媽嘅生日,嗰晚因為太遲訂枱,所以只坐到8樓,冇辦法欣賞到落地玻璃嘅維港夜景,有啲可惜。不過食物方面,開胃菜有「琥珀合桃」同「梅酒香小紅茄」,正!合桃甜中帶酥,好快俾我個女K.O.晒,小紅茄酸甜開胃,仲有好香嘅酒味,啱晒我爸食。主菜方面,「蜜糖汁叉燒」真係有驚喜,色香味俱全,啖啖肉又好彈牙,大人細路都爭住食。「脆皮龍崗雞」都算唔錯,皮脆肉嫩;「鎮江醋香黑豚豬柳」就正常;「砂煱干煸蟹肉炒粉絲」就ok,不過「煙燻馬友」就好出色,煙燻味好香,食落去好滋味。甜品方面,本身想試蛋撻,不過要等20分鐘,所以算了,最後試咗「黑白芝麻千層糕」同「鳳梨奶皇千層酥」,十分滿意,尤其係鳳梨奶皇千層酥,香脆得嚟又唔膩,好快就清碟,下次一定encore。服務質素同環境都好讚,尤其係餐具設計得好精緻,連小朋友用嘅餐具都好靚,見到餐廳好用心。整體嚟講,雖然今次冇搶到靚夜景,但食物同服務已經足夠令人開心,慶祝嘅心情一點都冇減。推薦俾想食粵菜嘅朋友! continue reading

Lunch for 2. Seated next to the window. Didn’t really like the Set lunch ($688 pp) so went for the a la carte menu. Server noted that we would be able to order dim sum by piece. Here’s what we had.Complimentary walnuts 酥皮煽鮑汁海參柚皮- a surprisingly complementary combination; puff pastry was done perfectly, 柚皮 was a bit bitter tho. 原隻鮑魚雞粒酥- abalone was tender; pastry was just right. Probably one of the best I have tried.松露鮮菌蒸粉果黑豚肉松露煎葱花蝦米腸粉- no good. Couldn’t taste freshness of the pork at all. Just a lingering bitter taste. 鳳梨叉燒菠蘿包淮山杞子醉雞餃- interesting. Taste of alcohol was just right. Latte. In summary: interesting selection of dim sum. Mixture of hits and misses. Excellent service tho. continue reading

港灣壹號(One Harbour Road)位於香港君悅酒店內,超大的落地玻璃窗可以挑望維港景色,採光一流😌 雖然會看到工地有點礙眼😅餐廳共2層,裝潢古典優雅,設有人工水池,別具氣派🤩平日午餐時間來到,9成入座率,職員安排了靠窗座位給我們👍🏻很多中菜廳的點心一碟有3-4件,不過職員跟我們説有部份點心可以改為2件,這樣便可以試更多款式,非常貼心!💕🤎原隻鮑魚雞粒酥鮑魚軟嫩Q彈,酥皮鬆化,而底下的雞粒及醬汁很入味,吃起來層次豐富,推薦!🤤🤍賽螃蟹鮮帶子餃皮薄餡多,口感豐富,很有鮮味!👍🏻🖤黑山雪影焗餐包皮酥脆鬆軟,叉燒微甜,不錯!☺️🧡X.O.醬炒蔥花蝦米腸粉使用了自家製X.O .醬😍 腸粉皮脆內滑,微辣很惹味呢!🤩🩵生磨杏仁茶芝麻湯丸杏仁茶香滑,不會太甜!內有2粒湯圓,皮薄煙韌,略嫌芝麻餡不夠多🥹港灣壹號整體食物質素非常高😋 職員態度友善,有機會會再次到訪~😌港灣壹號地址: 灣仔港灣道1號君悅酒店7-8樓 continue reading
