星期日同班同事都返左灣仔食lunch.平時lunch見到呢度都幾多人. 所以特登星期日黎chill 一chill. 一早訂左位. 黎到居然只有我地一枱..原來灣仔人都係興一點後先出沒. 一點後人潮開始入座.五個人叫左五樣不同的食品黎share, 包括有豬扒, 牛扒. 豬柳. 加一個肉醬意粉同埋一個蜆肉意粉.套餐包左餐湯連蒜蓉包, 個蒜蓉包已經幫你塗滿牛油. 好香, 加埋個雜菜湯. 個湯入口好似有微辣. 但飲落又ok. 而且都幾多配菜同埋有鷹咀豆. 用料絕不馬虎.呢度好出名係牛扒. 所以我對呢度的牛扒都幾有期望. 但點知剛好相反. 我地要左七成熟. 外表係熟晒既. 裡面望落去重係幾生同嫩. 點知一食個外皮已經有少少un. 個鹽都有少少咸. 完全係期望越大失望越大. 朋友叫我下次叫五成熟就好了.相反配菜的薯仔好好食. 大家都讚不絕口. 個豬扒不過不失. 配菜係同牛扒一樣都係沙律菜配薯仔. 個薯仔真係軟軟熟熟. 唔硬唔林. 再加埋個調味. 如果有齋一碟薯仔叫估計我地都會叫一碟黎食.個魚柳好鮮嫩, 相對佢的價錢亦都最相宜. 呢個推介. 配菜都係一樣.沙律菜配薯仔.兩個意粉都不錯. 肉醬意粉會問你要唔要加芝士. 需要會 即場幫你加. 而個蜆意粉就好fresh. 蜆肉都好大隻. 果然廚師推介無失禮. 最後用套餐價加$85有個疏乎厘. 我地叫左五個. 包括兩個薑汁同三個橙酒疏乎厘.疏乎厘係即叫即做, 所以等左少少時間. 一黎到真係好吸引. 薑汁的會有幾濃的薑味. 而橙酒味就係甜甜地的. 睇落去好似好大杯. 但食落去好似一陣風咁就食晒.  唔駛趕頭趕水. 慢慢食慢慢傾. 水樽雖然放係枱上, 但侍應們都會不斷幫你斟水. 真係要讚下佢地, 服務真係令人很滿意. continue reading

新的一年,一於以鋸扒來做個新開始。來到屹立多年的經典老牌扒房用餐,牛扒屋以牛扒見稱,餐紙上亦有介紹牛的不同部位。蟹餅煎得相當脆,混入薯蓉後蟹肉亦有不少,口感豐厚。最有特色的地方乃味道竟帶有些微的辣,較之一般普通的炸蟹餅更勝一籌。凱撒沙律的生菜很鮮爽,惟如果沙律汁的芝士成份多些更佳。值得一讚的是那些麵包粒,雖然仍保持著白色,卻也是脆脆的。是日餐湯是忌廉粟米湯,十分奶滑順喉,內有粒粒粟米,平衡到只是忌廉湯的漏。蒜蓉包蒜香徘徊於口中,這才是小人心目中的蒜蓉包!伴隨牛扒的薯菜也不能小看!油醋汁的沙律酸的好醒神,以洋蔥炒的薯仔更是味美,洋蔥的香氣得以盡情揮發!厚燒美國肉眼扒是二人份量,塊塊厚切的排在眼前,未食都已經口水狂流!每一塊都有燶邊位、脂位及肉眼,蘸些鹽蘸些英芥,已是一級棒!一個好開始! continue reading
