各位街坊,今次帶大家去荃灣一間開咗好多年,嘅老牌茶餐廳,裝修仲停留喺舊香港年代。雖然佢哋亦冇咩創新菜式,但每樣食物都做到傳統味道,價錢仲要好貼地。坐喺度食個下午茶,彷彿時光倒流三十年。 **鮮牛蛋三文治:簡樸嘅美味** 一上枱,呢份**鮮牛蛋三文治**睇落平平無奇,但一啖咬落去就知功夫所在。麵包用嘅係傳統方包,烘到微脆但唔乾硬,中間夾住厚厚一層**炒蛋**,蛋香濃郁又滑溜,仲帶少少流心狀態,證明師傅火候掌握得準。至於**鮮牛肉**,唔係一般茶記用嘅免治牛肉碎,而係手切牛肉片,醃得入味又唔會過鹹,肉質鬆化得嚟仲有嚼勁。**豉油王雞翼:懷舊嘅極致** 呢碟**豉油王雞翼**絕對係老派功夫菜!雞翼滷到深啡色,表面油潤發亮,一啖咬落去,皮爽肉嫩,豉油香甜完全滲入骨髓,仲帶微微酒香同冰糖嘅回甘,食完隻翼仲要啜埋手指先安樂。最難得係唔會過鹹,證明師傅落醬油嘅手勢夠老練。**紅豆冰:時代嘅眼淚** 呢度紅豆粒粒飽滿起沙,甜度適中,仲保留少少咬口。最正係佢哋落足料,紅豆多到差唔多佔半杯,奶香濃郁但唔會膩,飲到底都仲有紅豆食,誠意可嘉! continue reading

放假出荃灣,專程去咗家樂冰室,為嘅就係嗰份鹹牛三文治烘底同叉燒湯意粉,食嘅唔止係味道,更係一份情懷。坐低,唔使睇餐牌,直接叫咗份鹹牛三文治烘底同叉燒湯意粉。鹹牛三文治烘底,係家樂嘅招牌。烘到微焦嘅方包,夾住厚厚嘅鹹牛肉,咬落去,外脆內軟,鹹香滿溢。簡單嘅食材,卻能做出令人回味無窮嘅味道,呢啲就係老字號嘅功力。叉燒湯意粉,湯底清甜,叉燒肥瘦適中,意粉軟硬適中,每一啖都係滿足。雖然唔係咩山珍海味,但係呢種樸實無華嘅味道,卻最能觸動人心。希望呢份情懷,可以一直傳承落去,等我哋嘅下一代,都可以品嚐到呢份屬於香港嘅獨特味道。 continue reading
