其實彤彤一向怕藍芝士🧀嘅味道,不過依隻藍芝士醬又幾好食,原來加左沙律醬同其他配料,配上香脆酥炸軟殻蟹🦀同包,又幾好食WO!

Carbonara 我諗好多地方都有。但好食既只係得依間。幾十蚊我食過,二百幾蚊碟係舊芝士上面炒果啲又食過。但都冇依到咁好食。意粉軟硬適中,好煙韌。口感幾好。個芝士蛋汁好濃味,好夠傑。配料又炒得香。其實料好簡單,但煮得出依個水準,真係無幾個。

個雞扒飯看似普通,但食落有種唔知咩既香草味,皮脆肉嫩。個汁又特別調過。將平凡既雞扒反增添價值。

小店永遠係最有heart做食物。廚師就係食店既靈魂,轉左廚師,間餐廳就只得空殻。

近年好喜歡尋找一些平民區內有heart的小店,沒有華麗裝修,甚至祗有幾張小桌室外坐位,一個廚師一手一腳包辦。現今社會食客如此注重包裝丶知名道丶什麼名人是常客之類⋯⋯造就了小店生存空間越來越狹窄了。此小店位於毫不起眼的冷巷位置,但這就是吸引我坐下來的理由。先看到 drinking menu上有咸檸薑啤,便忍不住要先落order,竟然跟我今晩叫的黑椒焗豬手出奇地夾。別以為冷巷小店不會注重賣相,豬手烤焗得香脆,旁邊配了黑醋沙律菜令人感到沒那麼肥膩,帶出焗豬手的香味。很意外很驚喜的一餐,價錢公道,食物用心製作!繼續支持小店

豬仔骨煮得好透,啲肉好輕易就離晒骨,個醬味道甜甜地同好濃但又係鹹o左啲;薯角暖暖冇問題.

總括,我覺得味道較返淡啲會好啲,但老公話唔錯.

價錢:

加埋應該係$286.00,但店主收$216.00,我問佢係咪計少o左?佢計多次,我聽到$88.00.$88.00?我冇o野係$88.00,佢答我秘製醬燒豬仔骨係俾o左半份我o地,半份係$88.00,而佢俾o既豬仔骨都已經多o左.

啊,原來係咁,多謝老實店主o既貼心服務.

我坐低後,店主主動問我要唔要風扇.

落完單,店主就煮o野食,但我o地坐o係門外就嗅到由廚房抽出o黎,好嗆o既黑椒油煙,呢點我覺佢o地都冇辦法.
