多年前減肥時開始沒有再吃這店的好味鮮奶撻, 至今都有5,6年吧! 多得為食朋友推介, 特意在上班前繞一繞進商場買件在等E32時吃.今日一定是lucky Day, 整個餅櫃只找到2點紫色, 沒錯, 今天只剩下兩件紫薯撻, 朋友和我剛好一人一件, 開心share. 小紙袋內細心地附上匙. 陣陣紫薯香, 第一口已嘗到濃濃紫薯味, 雖然沒有濃稠紫薯蓉, 但覺得紫薯與忌廉的比例非常好, 令到焗起後有點點蕩漾之感, 以秒速刮空了紫色部分發現曲奇皮很香很好味!這個全店最貴的撻, 卻經常缺貨, 要吃真要看看運氣呢 continue reading

今日係Mama生日,一收工番到屋企就畀人徵召落街買蛋糕原來樓下間美心早早就關左門,最後諗到去Pie & Tart買Pie & Tart得番一千零一個蛋糕,焗買不過原來pie and tart 既蛋糕係幾好食啵,蛋糕面有N咁多粒士多啤梨,全部都係大粒and新鮮的,貨源真係唔錯入面係厚厚既一層朱古力mousse,好香好濃的朱古力味~~~加分!!!因為個cake好大個好d朱古力好rich既關係,我地成家人兩日都食唔晒呢個蛋糕,真係好抵食!! continue reading

Pie & Tart專門店---咖哩牛肉批+叉燒批日期:2009-05-25在"Pie & Tart專門店"(青衣長發商場分店)買了"咖哩牛肉批"($9)和"叉燒批"($7)。在家用小焗爐翻熱吃。(以200C焗3分鐘)。1.咖哩牛肉批---薄脆批身非常香脆,餡料是咖哩碎牛肉。餡料份量多,咖哩味濃郁,辣味適中。2.叉燒批---牛油曲奇批身鬆化,叉燒碎餡份量多,蜜味香甜,鹹味適中。 continue reading
