印象中好像是點了叉燒酥,怎料回到家中看看,才發現四個都是這一個酥😨。這個不知名的酥,長條形,好像枕頭一樣,內裏竟是充滿冬菇😨,我都沒法子在吃。味道就是充滿菇菌的味道😨,那些冬菇都已經陷入酥內,酥亦皮有點兒肥膩😩,可能是在焗爐焗過吧。現在的「批與撻」昂貴得多了,味道亦沒有以往一般美好。好像一個雞批,索價十多元,但內裏的雞肉粒好像只有三數粒🙁,其餘都是那些不知名的白色漿狀汁液,奇怪的是批內竟然有😵😧「一粒菠蘿」,幸好外皮還算鬆脆。牛角酥與上面那個酥餅亦一樣,可能是因為體積太小,亦是酥皮的緣由,更加顯得肥膩,下次不要再買了。 continue reading

Vi一向都好中意Pie & Tart, 款式多之餘價錢又唔貴,咁多款tart入面Vi就最中意蘑菇撻, 所以今日買番個做早餐~蘑菇撻其實偏細個, 但裡面有好多料, 有蘑菇,雲耳, 粟米, 洋蔥,其實蘑菇佔既比例唔多, 所以Vi會叫呢個做素菜tart其他tart多數都有肉, 但呢個蘑菇撻食落較健康,tart皮好鬆脆, 裡面有小小忌廉sauce混埋,咸咸地又甜甜地, 幾好味好岩做早餐 continue reading
