中秋節晚餐試試這間,人流不算多,點了海皇羹,味道不錯,不過函料以豆腐為主,配以蝦粒、帶子粒等乳豬燒味拼盤:乳豬皮脆,十分推介,叉燒暖暖的,燒鴨味道也不錯,海哲頭爽口,這拼盤可以嚐嚐豉汁蒸帶子這個有點失望,帶子到般,豆腐不夠滑,菜較軟身,值得一讚海參鴨掌煲:像被超大厚的冬菇騎劫,味道可以,主角較少隻,海參也較薄欖菜肉碎四季豆:味道剛好不會太濃,豆也炒得軟硬度適中蛋白瑤柱炒飯:不會太油膩,味道正常總括來說:可以一試的小菜 continue reading

XO醬帶子桂花蚌($148)帶子同桂花蚌幾好食,但每樣只有4件,性價比超低,同埋溫度只係微暖,又扣左少少分。(個人口味:3+3.2/10)蒜蓉粉絲蒸原隻大聖子(五隻)($290)聖子都算大隻,配埋蒜蓉粉絲蒸加埋豉油基本上已經係無得輸。但蒸出來又唔係熱辣辣又差咁d,不過都熱過帶子同桂花蚌。(個人口味:3.5+3.8/10)送既綠豆沙唔錯。 continue reading

已經不是第一次去彩晶軒食飯,以往都是食全包宴套餐,但今次因為只得4個人,食半圍全包宴套餐就太多了,唯有點小菜。我們決定要4碟小菜,包括一個孖寶($198),包括一碟蜜汁义燒和魚湯浸菜苗,另外還點了涼瓜肉碎煎蛋角($98)和南乳藕件炆排骨($128)。第一碟的义燒已經令人失望,每件不單單是瘦义燒,肉質還很硬,其中一個一位朋友因牙齒稍為差一點,直情咬不下去添,最後唯有要出動私伙較剪解決!跟著的魚湯浸菜苗,又再一次失望,因為來的是小棠菜,完全不是我們想像的菜苗,找侍應問為何是小棠菜,而不是我們心目中的菜苗如菜芯苗、白菜苗等,侍應的解釋就是孖寶裡的菜苗一定是小棠菜,除非是獨自叫一碟魚湯浸菜苗,顧客才可以選擇自己喜歡的菜苗種類,否則就是小棠菜,真的覺得有點無奈!餘下的煎蛋角,味道一般,蛋角的形狀比起平時大了很多,全碟只有四件。至於南乳藕件炆排骨,味道是ok的,但排骨的質數就很差,好像是一堆斬剰的排骨碎!結果是藕件吃光,只剩排骨吧了! continue reading

我在本酒樓常客,好傳統的星期日晚7:30來光顧.食了很多次,等野食時間不算長,野食味道可以.唯昨晚情況令我火滾.昨晚一家4人同行食晚飯,叫數道菜及例湯.除了烤鴨第一食及例湯外,其他菜等了50分鐘都未有,好火.之後,的野食又好鹹,懷疑人太多做得求其.食完所有野後,已經用了1小時40分鐘,正常情況下已走得.唯之後有糖水送(本來都唔想食,唯家人心心不忿仍堅持,唯有再等),又要等15分鐘都未到,不過等糖水成日等幾耐.好火爆.最後食完結脹都用了120分鐘.比平時多了30分鐘.總括而言:我發現本酒樓員工嚴重不足,只要人多就應付唔來,等好耐,等食糖水時間成日好長. continue reading
