天龍軒一家位置於香港環球貿易廣場(ICC)102樓The Ritz-Carlton之中,全球最高中菜廳,連續11年榮獲香港米芝蓮二星餐廳,菜式精緻高品質服務。餐廳室內裝潢風格典雅,營造出舒適用餐環境👍🏻當中桂花蜜汁叉燒為經典菜式招牌菜之一,明爐燒烤肥瘦適中,其肉質嫩滑肉汁豐富,配上蜜汁獨特香氣微微焦香,油脂回甘,讚!另外一道聞名菜式中東吉品鮑魚酥亦相當吸引,小巧玲瓏造型別緻,鮑魚軟腍,加上酥皮與鵝肉碎,入口味道變得更香更濃,配上側旁鮑魚汁會更加鮮味。除菜式優秀外,天龍軒服務亦是一大亮點。當天是我的朋友生日,另外再點了兩個壽桃包,餐廳特別準備蠟燭與朱古力生日牌並寫上朋友的名字,配上美點雙輝令朋友大為驚喜。同時,安排了能夠俯瞰整個維多利亞港的用餐位置,景色讓人用饍時候更為愜意,提供了一個滿是喜悅的餐飲體驗! continue reading

服務質量確實一般,不僅僅是因為等待時間長。當您進入餐廳時,似乎沒有員工注意到您的到來。您坐了十分鐘,期間沒有服務員來問候或提供菜單,更不用說詢問您想喝什麼茶了。這種缺乏基本禮節和效率的表現,讓人感到不受歡迎,也影響了整體的用餐體驗。點心的上菜方式也顯得相當混亂。四五道點心幾乎同時被送上桌,這不僅讓人感到困惑,也因為點心放置時間過長而變冷,這直接影響了食物的味道和質量。理想的情況應該是逐一上菜,確保每道點心都能在最佳狀態下享用。此外,桌面清潔似乎也被忽略了。食物碎屑四處可見,即使在點了甜品並更換了餐具後,服務員也沒有清理桌面,只是在碎屑覆蓋的桌布上隨意放置新的餐具。這種疏忽大意的態度,讓人質疑餐廳的衛生標準。總的來說,這次的用餐經歷讓人失望。今季的菜單缺乏創新,點心也沒有任何特色,無法吸引顧客再次光臨。希望餐廳能夠改進服務,提升食物質量,以便為顧客提供更加愉快的用餐體驗。 continue reading

🥢天龍軒 Tin Lung Heen .I was so excited for their dim sums! Two Michelin Stars 🌟🌟 dimsum definitely hits different. .My personal favourite was the 花蚌場粉(steamed rice roll with sea cucumber meat), so incredibly sweet and fresh!.Second favourite was the 雪影焗叉燒包 (baked bbq pork bun), the top was so crispy and there was so much filling!.Third would be the 芋茸角 (fried taro dumpling) which was super flaky and with seafood instead of the usual pork..The ikura crab dumpling was also incredible! Just look at those crystal clear ikuras!😍.We also got the abalone tart, what had a giant piece of abalone that was incredibly tender, though I must say the tart base has room for improvements. The shrimp dumpling were super plump but the 大地魚 flavour was a bit overwhelming. The groupa dumpling (星斑燒賣) was a little disappointing as it alsmot felt like your average 鯪魚球🥲.We had their premium Char Siu as well which were very tender but the top edges were strangely soft. The stir fry groupa was also in need of a bit more 鑊氣 . .The taro mochi at the very end was surprisingly good, very soft and chewy😍 .😋Recommend? ✅ 👩🏻‍🍳Food rating: 4.5/5👩🏻‍⚖️Overall experience rating: 4.5/5 continue reading
