Hotel icon the market 出名自助餐,性價比高,鍾意食榴槤嘅朋友,千祈唔好錯過!今次我就同朋友食早午自助餐,11:45去到2:30,時間充裕,包你食到捧住個肚走都得。食物非常豐富,有沙律前菜冷盤,芝士種類多好多。飲品選擇都好多,4種果汁,咖啡,奶或茶。我哋星期六去包氣泡酒,而且係任飲。魚生海鮮區種類基本都有,食得出好新鮮。二月主題係龍蝦。分別熱食同埋冷盤都提供左唔同烹調方法整嘅龍蝦,照顧不同喜好嘅客人。呢度嘅自助餐出名東南亞嘢食,我都有食佢嘅喇沙同埋咖喱,味道濃郁,非常之嘢味😝😋👍🏻甜品當然唔少得任食好多種類嘅榴槤甜品啦!最後食埋佢個生果,佢呢度有個人蔘果相對上喺市場上比較少見都幾好食。我哋嗰日慶祝生日,預早同佢哋講有送蛋糕。整體而言,味道價錢整體上物超所值,有機會會再返嚟食!記得如果係理工校友的話,出示校友會或者理工嘅信用卡有優惠

朋友生日,想食tea, 見到有個火焰盬焗海鮮下午茶,所以online booked and paid $300 deposit.因為星期六,所以再送一杯French sparkling,服務人員很好services👍個餐有四道菜(1)頭盤:芒果帶子(正常);(2)酥皮農蝦湯(好味);(3)主菜😰出事.. 超級難食…火焰盬焗海鮮拼盤:包住d 海鮮,上面有-層盬,跟住點火,then 剪開,食入面海鮮。d 海鮮完全冇味,又乾又柴皮😑好耐冇食過咁難食🥲;(4)甜品bar : (正常)有很多榴槤甜品,有d 榴槤肉及榴槤雪糕,朋友喜歡榴槤,說很好味。甜品唔算太多款,但不太甜,好食。有Godiva 雪糕及HD 雪糕。最後包-杯咖啡or 茶這個tea 3-5pm的價錢唔平(3位,每人平均$440)個主菜完全唔掂🥲其它食物及服務,都ok ga 🥹其實唔好再賣呢個主菜la ~

年初五來試佢哋的自助晚餐, 經佢哋酒店訂座, 沒有經openrice訂座及享有特別優惠, 由於當日是情人節, 所以需要全數支付才可留位, 去到真係見大部份都係情侶, 今次主題是是野生龍蝦和榴槤甜品, 一人一杯氣泡酒, 不過侍應也不時加添服務一流👍👍先飲個花膠鮑魚燉湯, 雖然味道唔係好濃, 但起碼夠熱辣辣👍之後去拿熱食, 有炒龍蝦尾, 避風塘炒蟹, 蟹肉煮什菜, 燒雞, 燒豬, 白汁意粉, 西式炒什菜, 比目魚, 蒸魚, 巴東牛肉, 黑椒牛仔骨, 各式咖喱, 炒飯, 蒜蓉蒸扇貝, 芝士焗扇貝, 除左牛每樣拿一点試試, 亦有試鵝肝多士, 好香不油膩😋, 二款扇貝都好好食👍, 西式炒什菜的脆肉瓜茄子青椒都好好味😋咖喱羊肉配酥餅好野味😘, 試左少少沙律都唔錯😋亦試左蟹粥同喇沙💓亦試左油甘魚同帶子刺身切得厚好新鮮😋肥仔師父比好多我都食唔晒, 飲左少少竹蔗茅根甜左少少, 再食少少甜品和G字頭軟雪糕味道也唔錯💓, 榴槤甜品興趣不大無試, 價錢雖然貴左d, 不過都物有所值, 凍龍蝦, 蝦同蜆加泰式醬都好好味💓👍, 可能係差生蠔😅, 侍應的服務態度同收野速度認真一流也抵讚🥰😍 好似係香港都好少遇到🤔大家未食過可以一試🤩

Hotel icon 的自助晚餐,一向都是十分出色的,他們的海鮮尤其新鮮,但可惜的是沒有提供生蠔,對生蠔愛好者來說就相對打了些折扣。冷盤亦是我的心頭好,款式應有盡有。而其他的熱食,種類繁多,味道也非常不錯。特別多味以龍蝦為主題的菜式,看廚師們的心思和對要滿足食客的態度。最後到了甜品,榴連是他們的主題,我本身不太感興趣,但見到其他食客都吃得津津有味,可見誠意,亦是對榴連愛好者的一種吸引力。
