To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 9個人,全單差不多2800蚊, 結果都唔知食咗啲乜,所謂任點任食,食物上得極之慢,可以選擇嘅食物已經少, 剔完第一輪嘅紙都上唔齊, 問佢佢又叫你再剔過,因為唔想浪費食物剔完又剔結果就唯有等, 結果等到last order,大部分食物都冇上,等成個鐘一粒燒賣都冇見過影,最終三吹四請,先至出一籠燒賣,9粒迫埋一籠你見過未?然後又亂出一大堆你已經食左,又再出你重覆唔想食嘅嘢。。。新年周圍無位得佢有位book到,我而家知點解,成個體驗都十分差,一定無下次!

這家是本人認為性價比相不俗既食市,坐擁尖沙咀這個地段,環境及景觀都相當不錯(當然要睇埋坐到邊張枱😂)。其實我食過好幾次,有放題點心午餐及每位計的晚餐(真係我鐘意果種感覺,因為我一向都話比錢食一啲我唔多種類揀到食物既自助餐,我係情願食呢啲有八個個人份量既中餐,差不多既錢碼食到比較喜歡既食物係真的高興好多😬)。是晚正題,因友人話有段時間未睇過燈飾,所以就出尖咀搵嘢食啦(真係咁易咩),點知㩒過幾間,真係只可訂返這間南海,所以先比到機會我一向想試既貴妃飯,雖未有超級好味既感覺,但對一個唔多識分食物既吃貨黎講已經好好(一啲啲嘢啦🤪)。

哇嘩⭐,今日行過一間餐廳,絕對係我心目中嘅粵菜好去處!入面嘅金錢雞真係吸晒我啲眼球,每一啖都多汁到喊出嚟😭,肉質嫩滑得嚟香氣撲鼻,真係正到冇得輸!接住話嗮廣式燒鵝,酥皮脆爽甩甩地,啖啖肉香,淋啲梅子醬上去,酸甜開胃,食完個口久久都仲係噏得住,食嘅時候滿滿嘅滿足感,啱晒我呢啲嘴刁嘅食客。海鮮愛好者絕對唔可以錯過佢地嘅清蒸海斑,呢道菜真係新鮮,魚肉滑溜,清甜,梗係要食晒個汁,每一啖都有海洋嘅鮮味,飲啖酒嘅話就仲perfect!睇喺紅燒肉呢道菜,有種回到唐朝嘅feel掛🏮!肥瘦相間,軟糯嘅肉汁喺口裏化開,每一啖都係深層嘅滿足。跟住上嚟嘅會是佢地招牌嘅玫瑰豉油雞,今次食,肉質真係又滑又嫩,完美咁吸收咗每粒豉油嘅精髓,層次分明。最後,甜品就黎喇,杏仁豆腐既香甜既滑,入口即化,清新口感完美收尾!總括嚟講,今次食飯體驗,真係令我呢個“隨時隨地都諗住食嘢嘅人”好滿意,呢間餐廳,既有典雅嘅傳統,又不失創新精神👍,值得留意!
