Happy Friday , happy hours 尖沙咀想搵地方飲野唔難,但又要飲又要食,仲要唔趕你埋單先至難"南亞"雖然在亞士厘道,可能沒咩人會行到咁盡頭,通常都去左I square 搵食。餐廳happy hour 「buy 2 get 1」去到21:30可以邊飲、邊等、邊食住串燒焗田螺海南雞(半隻)肉質嫩滑羊串~~~ 唔so , 但略為燒乾左一點Set dinner :有沙律、主菜、餐茶(可選柚子茶)掛住傾,沒影全部食物相我由下午6點,坐左outside 先飲啤酒,大約8點左右朋友到埗,再轉回inside 用餐,直至凌晨12點..... 講真,食物就一般,係難得有個聚腳點可以坐耐點。 continue reading

平時約朋友去尖沙咀,都係去諾士佛臺, 但今次想食下野,呻下, 就揀咗呢間餐廳。餐廳由外面望落去, 同普通酒吧冇咩分別, 但在行入少少就會發現其實係一間餐廳。餐廳座位非常寬敞, 加上暗淡的燈光令人十分放鬆。 我哋由餐牌上知道少少關於呢間餐廳嘅歷史, 原來呢間餐廳曾經休業,因為老闆的堅持現在又重新開張,絕對係值得支持嘅小店。餐牌侍應先上帶有熱度的餐包和餐湯,白湯的材料很多。整體濃而不膩。湯上面撒了少少餅乾碎,增加口感。沙嗲串(三雞、三牛)值得一讚,每串沙爹絕無欺場,份量十足。沙嗲串上本來的醬汁和調味已經燒得十分入味,而肉汁也完整保留下來,而沙爹醬汁微微的辣度,挑起了食家的味蕾。越吃越有味。小食拼盤入面, 有咖哩角、腸、春卷、炸蝦餅。每道小食都是剛剛整好再奉上,不會馬虎上場,而我最喜愛咖哩角。外面炸得鬆脆,配上咖哩醬汁,非常惹味。 咖哩汁不會辣,怕辣的朋友也可以一試。朋友見到有個菜叫牙露牙露,貪得意就叫咗一個。 原來係一個沙律, 上面有蝦片。蝦片應該是自己炸的, 帶淡淡的蝦味,但卻不油膩。我將蝦片沾上咖哩汁食,係另一種濃郁的口味 。沙律菜不是西式沙律菜,而係蘿蔔,椰菜等等,已經灼過的蔬菜,加上咖哩吃,對我來講有點新奇,但味道亦十分配合。今餐的主角係燒春雞,雞皮燒得香脆, 可是肉質卻沒有因此而老掉, 依然嫩滑, 肉汁多。皮脆肉嫩,口感豐富。我諗好多人同我一樣,唔知谷咕係咩嚟。 原來谷咕係純正可可粉,冇加糖同奶健康得多,而且朱古力味更濃。而家已經好少地方可以飲得到, 所以一定要叫一杯!在這間餐廳裡,我們發現到很多特式美食,而在其他南亞菜的餐廳都找不到,而食物也沒有讓我們失望,極大份又抵食,讓我們都十分驚喜,相信喜歡美食的食家們,絕對不會放過這次「尋美食之旅」吧! continue reading

放工同同事落tst搵食,想搵間坐得舒服d chill d既餐廳,於是行去亞士厘道搵下,見到呢間有幾個外國人坐左係外面,入面又有梳化卡位,個感覺幾舒服,就入左去食啦。 呢間南亞餐廳係食東南亞菜,坐低無耐,侍應姐姐已經好親切地問我地想食咩,可以推介我地。 最後我地點左串燒拼盤、小食拼盤、Gado gado,牛尾煲、燒雞同甜品。首先黎左餐湯,係海鮮周打湯,入面好多料,仲有餅乾,味道好夾好creamy。之後黎左碟串燒拼盤,有牛肉雞肉,燒得好惹味,肉質唔會靭,好滿意。之後到小食拼盤,入面有蝦餅、咖哩角、春卷同德國腸,再配咖哩汁,最鐘意係蝦餅,超彈牙同有鮮味,想再encore !然後到gado gado, 第一次試呢道菜!好得意好特別,有少少似喇沙沙律,最面有我最愛既印度蝦片,仲有蛋同酸酸甜甜既羅白同椰菜!其實都飽飽地,但仲有個重點菜,就係最期待既燒春雞!單係賣相已經好吸引,燒到好香,d皮燒到脆卜卜,但又保留到雞汁,肉質鮮嫩,再配合馬來香料風味,超級好味!最後黎埋雪糕芭菲,揀左士多啤梨同芒果味雪糕,上面有少少cream,普普通通,但最後有個甜品做完結好開心! continue reading

We come during lunchtime, and there're not much people here. Getting table immediately when we get in.At beginning, we're wondering the quality of the food but the meal has surprised me in good way. I ordered Clam spaghetti with tomato sauces and it comes out delicious. Tea milk is good with Cantonese taste.It's such a good choice to come to this friendly restaurant with quite reasonable price during lunch hour. Should have a try! continue reading

南亞餐廳嘅加多加多 (即地道嘅印尼沙律) 份量不少, 足夠四人享用, 價錢非常 大眾化, 是本店必吃 小食 之一,在享用了串燒和乳豬 等油膩食物後, 令味蕾有種清新嘅 洗滌 舒緩飽滯的感覺 材料方面!除了 烚蛋 和耶菜 亦少有地加入沙葛 令這種印尼傳統嘅沙律增加不少爽口 清甜味道, 建議 選擇 這道菜 為 頭盤 作為開胃菜!拼盤內有4款小食: 春卷兩款、蝦餅、香腸;一般餐廳配搭的多是甜酸醬,南亞餐廳卻用上其當家強項: 黃咖哩汁,想不到與幾款小食有如此的味覺沖擊! 當中尤以蝦餅獨佔鰲頭,新鮮的蝦膠,加上外層薄薄的一層炸粉,予人彈牙的口感,一人一件,確感到”唔夠喉”! 真想不到吃頭盤小食, 也有想encore 的感覺!馬拉盞炒通菜固然係泰國菜必食之選。本來以為只係普通菜式, 不抱特別期望。今次南亞餐廳卻畀到驚喜我! 不像其他泰菜餐廳, 這碟馬拉盞炒通菜並沒有其他餐廳的通病: 油膩感。蒜頭、蝦醬等材料的比例是恰到好處的,味道並不過濃,仍然保持通菜的清新口感。加上份量之大,以$65而言,更是超值! continue reading
