早排同芊芊去咗尖沙咀The one行街,順便搵嘢食我同芊芊都鍾意食越南嘢所以就揀咗呢間Le Viet生牛肉湯河真係必食!牛肉片鮮嫩,湯底鮮美可口。湯底清爽卻又不失濃郁的肉味,湯底仲加入咗啲香料,使整味道更加豐富。甜品拼盤 拼盤內有芒果糯米飯、斑斕椰汁糕🥥、同埋焦糖燉蛋,每一道甜品外觀都好精美,又好味😋烤豬頸肉呢款豬頸肉係必食!外皮烤得香脆,食落去啖啖肉汁,味道豐富。價錢都唔算貴,食到我地兩個勁滿足😌,下次仲要嚟食😆 continue reading

Iunch 時間啦!跑左去the one 食飯、都幾急下、要在一小時內食完、事前就揀左間泰國野、即刻跑過去食😆門面做左開放式、不會太侷促都比較開揚 有幾款不同顏色的蒟蒻、好有層次感、不過略厭椰汁味不特出、不太甜!會有成粒咸檸、比自己倒梳打落去、篤開咸檸成個鹹酸味出來、不過梳打汽水不夠甜😂有原隻的鮮蝦、比較新鮮彈牙、仲不用剝殼、加左分、飯都抄到粒粒分明、但味道不夠特出、比較淡、我比較喜歡食濃郁等口感😆有牛腩、牛肉同牛丸、牛腩軟糯多汁、而牛肉同牛丸的牛味不突出、而牛肉更有少少煙韌!有牛、豬、雞、肉質鮮嫩、嫩滑多汁、用同一款配料、味道差不多、除了肉質的分別!都能令到不同的肉質更為突出!有滿滿crammy 口感、厚實的蛋醬,啖啖蛋香、加上焦糖脆香、佈滿一點點雲呢拿籽、令到燉蛋更為香滑🤣 continue reading
