星期五晚向尖沙咀想完堂10點幾，諗緊食咩甜品好就不如食雪糕啦，天氣咁鬼熱，所以就去咗K11 食Holly brown 。好彩未閂門，裏面仲差唔多像坐滿晒人，我地三個豬朋好友叫兩個雪糕一齊食，因為一個人每次都食唔晒一個份量。炒雪糕既配搭來來去去都係生果配士多啤梨或者雜苺，咖啡配朱古力，花生或者Oreo。生果類係水少少，因為冇奶。而朱古力/咖啡味係奶類，所以會「杰」少少，冇溶得咁快。仲有一係藍色雪糕球，最後都係冇試到。因為藍色個感覺好似食緊洗潔精（純粹個人感覺，與事實不同：p )炒雪糕最過癮, 向到睇住個Staff響度Mix 下炒蝦個雪糕同配料。 已coffeemisu (coffee ice cream 加 tiramisu 醬同一粒粒人似crunch) - $60，整體甜度岩岩好，不過tiramisu 醬既味比咖啡味蓋過晒。Mix berry (mix berry ice cream ，加 一粒粒藍莓）- $60 ， 苺味好重，但竟然比想像中甜好多。 但有好多粒完整藍莓食，感覺都係好fresh 。少少雪糕加waffle 餅底，超正。大家一定要食個waffle 餅底呀。依個價錢係有點貴， 但份量十足，唔食飯既話都可以當一個晚餐。另外， 唔知係咪因為full house， 無人執野之前客人留低既食物，張張枱都有咁污糟。

飯後黎到HOLLY BROWN 食好耐都冇食過既炒雪糕, 以前新興炒雪糕, 都會O係CITYSUPER買黎食, 但呢間可以堂食, 岩晒雞啄唔斷既我地, 坐又坐得舒服, 一人食一啖繼續傾計今次我地揀左黑白配即係將朱古力 / 朱古力醬 / 朱古力碎 / OREO炒埋一齊, 總言之全部都係我地最愛既朱古力啦雪糕朱古力味濃, 食到一半就可以開始連埋個WAFFLE一齊食, 個邊仲脆架, 但個底就已經淋左少少, 不過都仲係好好味, 正!

香港雖然有好多雪糕店但你話炒雪糕就唔太多，而Holly Brown就係其中一間，你尖沙咀同朋友食完飯諗緊食咩甜品之際就諗起佢，一齊食個炒雪糕先。當中佢有好多唔同配料、雪糕選擇，而最後就揀咗個黑白配。黑白配：上枱時炒雪糕會放係個waffle入面，其實加埋waffle一齊食已經好好味，但小心好快淋身，而雪糕其實加左好多配料增加佢個口感，好似：Chocolate Sauce、Chocolate Chips、Oreo等等，而且唔會過甜，鐘意食朱古力嘅人真係一個唔錯選擇。

I admit i'm not a conneisseur in coffee but i can tell the difference between great coffee, average coffee and bad coffee. Taking into account that there was a long wait for the coffee and priced at 38 dollars (Which is the amount you pay for at most coffee joints in Hong Kong), I think I will try out other establishments next time. Flavor of the coffee was not too smooth and a slight burnt taste was present in my latte. Also had the dried tomato chicken panini for lunch. It is nicely toasted, with a slightly crispy exterior. The panini is generously filled with sliced chicken and dried tomato, which is very appetising and refreshing. A light choice for lunch! Staff were quite nice though and were very efficient in getting orders through but in my opinion, the coffee is not worth the wait.
