To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經E字頭訂座平台見佢有半價lunch buffet 計埋加一 人頭都只係二百蚊多少少就試吓la食物選擇其實都有意外驚喜係呢個豬腳薑不過薑味吾重甜醋味夠仲入曬D豬腳，蛋入面話說12:02 到 但係呢個魚都冇曬我等到fill第三次先食到另外 仲有開邊龍蝦但係又係唔夠人快要佢Fill到第三次先食到Overall 熟食選擇都多味道正常buffet質素唔會好好 但係又唔太差但係酒店本身偏舊所以硬件嘢唔會好靚唔係好啱打咭用但係人頭二百食buffet Fair enough

食物方面：樣樣食物味道都正常發揮，但勝在種類多。值得一提既係有龍蝦。甜品有啲都幾好味😋熟食海鮮甜品服務方面：員工有時會唔係崗位，刺身食物就會拎唔倒。收碟有時會比較慢。環境方面：坐得舒服，張臺夠闊。傾計都舒服。性價比方面：午餐自助餐黎講，$350有啲貴，可能因為有龍蝦。備註：洗手間唔係酒店入面，要行出酒店先有如果覺得我寫既食評幫到你既話，記得follow，like，同埋share俾你身邊鍾意食好味嘢既朋友😋😆

今日食呢間晚市自助餐，係因為有買二送二優惠，再加信用卡折扣。抵係好抵，食物種類選擇較少。18:30～22:00海鮮：冇生蠔，有龍蝦同長腳蟹，但係好鹹，應該唔多新鮮。中間出過一輪較新鮮有膏龍蝦，但我攞唔到，因為距離食物區太遠。刺身：其實唔錯，都幾新鮮。熟食：除咗羊架唔錯，其餘普通。甜品：只係食咗 häagen-dazs雪糕，有咖啡、雲呢拿、士多啤梨、朱古力、曲奇味。全部食過，咖啡味最好食。壽喜燒：每2人一客，送既，豬骨湯底比較奇怪。馬可孛羅咖啡廳 Cafe Marco

It was my first time here bec of the seafood recommendation but I guess expectation vs reality. the seafood wasn't the fresh and most of the shells have sandstone when u ate it. mussels have debris on the shells. crab legs were mushy and semi-solid taste salty. however the shrimp sa okay. the steam fish I havent teied bec it was like finished in a flash however the refill took about 1hr or more? it was 1pm but already 2pm it wasnt refilled yet. The pork knuncles looks good however bec it was too big and i dont want to waste food thus I havent tried it. which they will have a small portion for those who wants to try but cant eat too much. service was not also attentive. we have a pile of dirty plates before it was cleaned. Juice and water glass have white marks on it. i dont know if it were really clean. the mango juice was sooo goos though. indian foods selection were also good even though im not a fan of indian food. i find it tasty. food presentation was not very appealing. overall dining experience were below expectations as it was a restaurant in Marco Polo a 5 star hotel.
