To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一踏入這家店,環境即刻俾人一種歎息,似乎家嘅感覺湧上心頭,等唔切咁撲向菜單,選幾款嘗吓。先點個關東煮牛肉鍋🥘,呢個真係嘆為觀止,牛肉Q彈得嚟唔油膩,滋味夠晒深入人心。緊接再搞個松露海皇炒飯,撥開一碟香噴噴,口感軟糯夾雜著松露既高貴氣息,真係惹味到不得了。蒜香帶子茄子🍆配合得天衣無縫,食落好似有種爆炸既口感,帶子QQ發,茄子口感滑溜,仲有隱隱既蒜香撲鼻,完全係大人小朋友都鐘意嘅款。鹵水掌翼呢個就更加勁,入口略感韌勁,不過鹵汁香味十足,令人跌入鹵水的"香"魔法之中。最後,點埋個上湯蝦球伊麵作結。蝦球就真係彈牙得嚟又唔會太過硬,同伊麵嘅嘆之配合就更加無可挑剔。簡直係把口感同味覺既享受推向極致😋。整體來講,呢個地方絕對值得一試再試,每一口都好似喺話,"再黎一碗呀!" 🤤👍🏼🍽️ continue reading

阿拉斯加長腳蟹不時不食,當造的長腳蟹肉質鮮甜無比,而每人也分到不少的蟹肉,的確是海港酒家一向的招牌。鴻運脆皮皇子豬全體圍餐的乳豬全體也夠熱辣辣,惜是肥膏較多,不夠均勻。黃金蟹肉蝦球伊麵一貫酒家的質素,大堆芡汁拌伊麵,蝦球也很多,淺嘗一點就好。泰式炸蝦餅(十二件)熱辣香脆,沒有挑剔之理由。有點特別的是,蝦餅中混有星星爆炸糖片,令口感變得有趣。西蘭花炒帶子花姿片蔬菜類是清新之選,師傅的炒功也不俗,沒有多餘的油份在碟底。竹笙海皇燴燕窩濃濃芡汁的湯羹,味道較淡。蠔皇原隻鮑魚扣花菇(十三隻)鮑魚和花菇份量十足,就是濃味的蠔油醬汁把整碟菜都弄成同一味道。欖豉醬蒸蝴蝶龍躉斑(一條)吃到此時,龍躉斑已是吸引力不足,淺嚐了一點,肉質也頗滑溜,沒有蒸煮過度的問題。海港燒鵝皇(半隻)酒家的另一招牌,燒鵝皮脆而肉質不俗,伴上的甜豆也好吃。歡樂大蟠桃(十二隻)巨型版本的蟠桃包,有蓮蓉和吉士餡兩款,吃罷就是圓滿的一頓大餐。 continue reading

今晚去了打邊爐,最近這家酒家工作日(週一至週五)$198任飲任食海鮮火鍋套餐!好便宜!無限時!吃到飽!套餐含:湯底2選1(麻辣雞鍋/羊腩湯鍋)+海鮮盆+安格斯肥牛一碟+鮑魚鵝掌+巨型水餃王+雜菜一碟。另有56款任食配料。性價比高~對味道不太講究的話,這餐廳值得一試~味道正常~環境乾淨!新鮮程度:一般選擇種類多,大多都是打邊爐的配料。除了他送的安格斯牛肉較好吃外。任食配料加配的肥牛好硬~我個人覺得一般~不過這裏沒有限時,你可以和朋友可以坐很久。 continue reading

最近家庭聚會鍾意叫海港嘅長腳蟹同羊腩煲外賣,勁抵食!宜家平吖,外賣$228/斤,買4斤蟹其實已經好大隻,唔使$1000,再加2客羊腩煲同個鮑魚雞煲,6個大人都食唔晒!本身2客羊腩煲包2包生菜,不過太少,要自己另買好多生菜。個羊腩煲唔蘇,好多支竹,好大嚿羊肉!比想像中多!算勁抵食!個鮑魚雞煲屋企人都話好食!當然,外賣返到屋企我再滚返熱,加好多蔥同芫荽,賣相就再靚啲☺️真係抵食!4兩1嘅蟹其實都好大隻好厚肉。已經近3個月短期內叫咗4次海港長腳蟹了。 continue reading
