聽聞有新老闆入股, 奉勸一句, 食物要改善外, 必須整頓服務水平。我是添好運的支持者, 食了多年,常常去將軍澳店, 無異近年水準下滑, 但總算還可以。周六我和家人去了一次, 义燒包又凍又淋、豬潤腸過熟、蝦餃無汁乾淨淨、燒賣好似越來越細粒, 近日他們才加價, 豈料食物又差了。不過, 最難頂是服務態度,侍應黑口黑面唔在講, 叫極沖茶無人理、 追單更加黑上加黑。我見侍應得閒就高談闊論,打情罵俏, 連部長經理亦都如此。我更見過他們對長者粗聲粗氣, 毫無尊重, 我以為回到20年前的廣州茶樓。將軍澳店的環境亦越來越差, 冷氣不夠天花滴水已是常態,衛生情況亦不理想。我奉勸新老闆要想清楚, 亦必須改革服務質素, 否則名店也難逃沒落。 continue reading

大約晚上六點入座將軍澳添好運, 好好彩唔使等位, 酥皮焗叉燒包就一定要讚, 真係必食,炸兩就真係非常之差, 個腸粉包住嗰個油炸鬼超級硬, 完全唔好食, 晶瑩鮮蝦餃食落啖啖肉,個白灼西生菜啲菜都幾靚,食落好脆口,同埋啲菜葉都好靚仔, 鮮蝦燒賣皇就好足料, 陳皮牛肉球都幾滑,好好食, 蛋白蝦春捲炸到好脆, 熱辣辣, 唔錯幾好食, 啲侍應姐姐嘅招呼唔錯, 好多時想分開上醬汁,都完全冇嫌麻煩, 態度亦都好好之前好多時星期六日晏晝都會嚟買點心外賣, 不過就要等外賣等好耐, 好好彩平日食唔使等位 continue reading

今日早咗起身就專登去添好運食早餐, 對上一次黎已經係半年前, 等咗一陣間好快就已經有位.望一望個menu,嘩!價錢加咗好多...燒賣蝦餃已經去到三十尾, 其他點心都已經十到尾至二十尾起跳.. 真係食米唔知米貴添好運嘅質素尚算可以,都仲keep到以往水準特別係雪山叉燒包, 依然都好出色 continue reading

百物騰貴,依然能以平價又保持質素取勝,實在不易,酥皮义燒包吸引如惜,入口鬆軟,义燒和醬汁恰到好處,好味到不嘩嘩聲,金銀蛋瘦肉粥好足料,有啲偏咸,食完有點口乾,大致滿意,保持香港精神,實而不華,大家努力加油! continue reading
