這一間小店12月底會結業所以趁有機會試了這一間廈門風味的食店這間小店是座落橫街裡邊,不太易找店面雖然簡樸,不過牆壁看到不少明星合照 💮扁食豬腸沙茶麵 $40扁食我是第一次吃感覺就好像豬肉做的小雲吞一樣味道算不錯至於豬腸味道是好吃不過部分豬腸需要嚼多幾口才好下嚥沙茶麵的麵沒有特別湯底偏淡,如果再濃一點相信更好 💮五香卷 $30這一款小食是即叫即炸的五香卷的頭尾部分很香脆👍而總括來說,我最喜歡的也就是頭尾這兩塊五香卷的中間部份會有少許膩的感覺而且這份小食和麵食相反味道偏濃不過醬汁酸酸甜甜配這個小食是一個不錯的配搭 這一間小店味道不致於很突出不過結業在即當作記念一下,嚐一嚐也不錯  continue reading

想試下廈門沙茶面上網見到有間廈門嘢食嘅店 就特登過來試下 講真 味道真係好一般 最重要係態度仲要好差 明知客人d嘢未攞 出去一陣仲會返黎嘅情況下 仲將客人食冇兩啖嘅麵同汽水倒晒 呢d我都冇乜所謂 問題係我問佢係咪倒左 佢仲好大聲話「點知你會唔會返黎 」哇大佬啊 我仲有嘢擺你度你話我會唔會返黎啊?倒客人d嘢冇道歉仲咁大聲講嘢 就算你覺得我唔會返黎啊你都應該係我走之前同我講聲“喂你一陣超過幾耐冇返黎我就倒晒你d嘢食喎” 咁都唔識得講咩? 我話你快d執笠好過喇 做L服務業咩 continue reading

小店就梗係食人情味㗎啦...不過同老公食...老公話同廈門嗰時食嘅味道一樣...夠哂地道夠哂正宗...加上價錢都唔太貴...幾樣加埋先$13x蚊...(唔記得實數)真係好抵食...招牌沙茶麵湯底香濃...成碗湯比我飲哂有豬潤...豬肚...腩肉搭條菜...真係好好食...但係略嫌麵底份量少咗啲啲...不過都好值得一試!廈門炒米粉抵食...料多夠鑊氣...好有風味...炒粉麵最緊要油要多...唔係就食落乾爭爭...呢碟啱啱好韮菜餃煎得好香口又多汁...餡料味到啱啱好...夠哂味又唔會太咸...一口一件...正福州魚丸湯用煮餃子嘅水做湯底...再加少少蔥花同紅蔥頭...飲落啖啖麵粉香味加蔥嘅香味...而魚丸嘅內餡多汁好味...食粒丸飲啖湯個味好夾 continue reading

難得係香港搵到間有廈門野食既鋪頭,想去解愁鄉,入店叫左份沙茶麵,扁食,土荀凍,春卷(薄餅),肉糉, 花生湯,一試全部都唔夠味,一d都唔正宗。扁食唔係廈門扁食,係褔州既! 沙茶湯底連蒜蓉味都冇!花生湯冇花生味,仲要稀爆,又細又貴,你話整到黃則和咁,都算。連最基本既配菜—菜頭酸都做唔好,一黎唔夠味,二黎正宗又點會一條條。辣椒醬仲要加水加茄汁,打住個廈門朵,個味實則似惠安,真係好失望。間野叫福建小吃都冇咁嬲。 continue reading

自多年前從土記區搬離後,有許多從前經常光顧的店子現在已很少再重遇了。這一所主打福建廈門小吃的小店便是其中一例....記起當年常獨個兒買冰肉燕餃回家自己弄,買的次數多得連老闆娘也認得小弟。但至現在,可能是真的太久沒來,今次偕同太太一同重臨,老闆娘對我已全失了印象了....對此,我完全不打緊,最重要是食物還是好吃,那就夠....從前若是堂食的話,土筍凍我是必點的。但今天有太座在,她一看到那些像蟲狀的東西早就嚇破膽啦,還要叫她吃 ? 別說笑了....還是點些正正常常的炒麵線又或是魚丸湯春卷一類的物事好了....偷吃了太太一點的蔥油撈麵線,蔥粒的確夠多但就未能散發出香氣來,而且醬油亦似乎下得太少,弄得整碗麵線味道淡出個鳥來;麵體質地方面處理得偏軟身帶濕,不是我那杯茶....魚丸質感不是走彈牙的一路,內裡藏著些濃味的肉末饀是其一大特色,味道不算特別鮮美但也不過不失....再來兩大條廈門春卷,薄薄的餅皮中塞滿了紅蘿蔔絲、肉碎、蠔仔、紹菜碎及木耳絲等,味道集甜、微酸與辣於一身,甚是惹味刺激,而且滿滿一大卷吃後夠晒飽肚....最後的炒麵線,個人認為沒用太多葷油去炒絕對是失策。不過麵本身處理得濕潤不爛而帶微微彈牙這一點,倒是要讚一下的....個人感覺是食物的水平比前有所不及了....不過始終福建菜及廈門小食在本地市場中實在已買少見少,若有得吃的話已是萬幸,亦不要太過吹毛求疵了.... continue reading
