Located in Tin Hau, near the MTR station, this is one of the places I went quite often when growing up. But after stopped eating beef frankly I did not come that many nowadays. Order the brisket. Anything with brisket.  Dandan with brisket. Curry brisket. Beef brisket (dry or with soup). It's all good. (Yes, we've tried them all.) My first review and this place deserves my first ever food review.  Cause I simply love good 腩河. Been eating this place on and off for the past 7 years.  From $25 to currently $40, which I think at $40 is a bit overpriced. It was fairly late and we stumbled into Sister Wah's for noodles. We ordered the beef brisket dan dan noodles and beef stomach lo mein. The food came quickly and looked fresh and appetizing. During my short leisure stay in hongkong, I tried sister wah 3 times because my sister was craving for the soup. The beef brisket soup was served piping hot and the beef was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed eating the beef brisket with rice noodles (kway teow). you can give the meat dumplings/wanton noodles a skip as it was a huge disappointment. we didn't like the fillings and the skin was too thick such that it tasted a bit 'floury'.

Came by for lunch the other day. There was a slight line out the door which was relatively quick, 5 minutes. Due to the heat and humidity outdoor, the wait was slightly unpleasant. This place is right next door to another place that also serves beef brisket yet the lines almost always forms on this restaurant. There's a good reason why. The beef brisket here is soft and tender yet chewy in the right places. The broth served with the noodle is light yet flavorful. I like to add hot sauce to most of my soup noodles but did not feel the need to add anything to their broth. For around $30, this makes for a hearty and satisfying meal.

compare the price with the other shop, it's too expensive. i'm saying this cause the quality of the food is not better but worst; the soup has no taste, a very small amount of meat is with the noodle....it's not what i'm expecting from this shop....a few years ago everything was perfect...sad

Second best 清湯腩 in HK, in my opinion "Gow Gaye" is slightly better. Here the soup tastes a bit more artificial. Quality of beef is equally excellent. I also like the texture of the noodle a little more at "Gow Gaye". Given this is much easier to get by MTR, I would return many more times.
