自問是無飯不歡,尤其在晚餐時。很喜歡吃日本料理的我,相比起拉麵,我更愛丼呢!見到丼丼屋食堂新推出「丼之盛典-名古屋鳥開親子丼」,梗要去試一試啦!揭開餐牌,就看到我想吃的名古屋鳥開親子丼$78啦!再細睇menu,發現加$35可以轉為刺身定食(沙律+三文魚蝦刺身+蘿蔔+麵䜴湯),頓時覺得晚餐豐盛了許多呢!等了15分鐘,有得食啦脆脆沙律有粟米、生菜、蕃茄和紫椰菜。刺身偏薄身,生蝦較三文魚新鮮!半熟蛋鋪滿在飯上,雞肉嫩滑,再加入生蛋黃,賣相相當吸引。但假若選用日本珍珠米和增加熱度,必定再加分呀! continue reading

復活長假期最後一天,替小鬼們相約了三數好友到大埔玩樂。下午的主要行程是參觀香港鐵路博物館,事前在新達廣場泊好車,吃過午餐才啟程。 一如其他鐵路沿綫的商場,午膳時間各大餐廳也相當繁忙。漁翁撒網式取籌,最後丼丼屋食堂最先有位。 顧名思義,丼丼屋主打不同款式的丼丼飯品,外加 $15 起可變為定食,令飯餐更完整豐富。 先吃這份野菜沙律作頭盤,菜蔬綠嫩新鮮,食感清爽。對細周生而言,整份沙律最吸引的亮點是數片香脆蓮藕片。 以十勝帶廣名物豚丼作主食,餐牌上的並盛與特盛最大分別在於豚肉片的數量,依序分別有四塊及六塊。這些來自北海道的豚肉,連帶醬汁醃料肉味濃香。不怕肥膩的話連帶近邊肥肉一併吃下味道更佳更甘香。飯品方面,一如預期質感比較黏身。整體評價不俗。隨定食跟上的麵豉湯味道輕盈,內含生硬的紅蘿蔔粒不太合個人口味。 最後追加 $10 多要一杯熱咖啡,味道普通,添奶後口感柔順挺滑。 以匯豐信用卡結賬有八五折,額外優惠富驚喜! 泊車情報: continue reading

前幾天與同事一起到新達廣場的丼丼屋進餐,這間餐廳一向給我的感覺就是比較貴的日本餐廳,以下當日的菜單:而我選的是天婦羅餅烏冬,我當時心目中的天婦羅是一碟數舊天婦羅餅,沒有蝦都最起碼有三舊有紫菜包著天婦羅餅,一上枱我是極度失望,只有一串看不出是什麼的天婦羅餅,還有浸於湯中,未開始放進口中,便林透了。之後便快快吧它吃掉,只覺得很油,滿口都是油,根本不太知道是什麼,完全不脆,只吃到有點蝦米味。而烏冬沒太大的評價,不過不失,烚蛋則只是WELLDONE的烚蛋。其他同事點到角切刺身丼定食,他們表示魚生太小及切太細。總括,又不好味又貴,完。 continue reading

今天一個人,不知吃甚麼好,於是選了丼丼屋。北海道帶広的豚肉,好像比較罕見,毫不猶豫選了它。然後,又發現whiskey highball只$38,很抵飲!選了並盛,吃起來份量可不少。豚肉邊有適量油脂,不會過於肥膩,肉質夠厚,滲出肉香,味道不俗。但就午餐而言(又是港式美心集團),性價比不高。Whiskey highball不過不失,這個價位過過癮,還算不錯呢!吃完之後,大食仔如我都飽了八成,再喝味噌湯,整體不賴喔,就是性價比不高啦。 continue reading
