To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日都話食添好運但係今次先係第一次食入到去坐低先至第一次睇餐牌選擇畀想像中少, 有啲想食嘅嘢都冇 不過坐低咗就照食兩個人叫咗一個飯+三個點心燒賣有四粒,味道不過不失冇乜驚喜牛肉球重陳皮味覺得都好食鹹水角係成餐我覺得最好食嘅因為真係啱啱炸起熱,辣辣面脆卜卜外層又脆又煙煙靭靭裏面嘅餡料都算好食蒸飯,飯粒 算係粒粒分明,有咬口上面肉汁都有落到啲飯嗰度, 略嫌份量比想像中細兜整體感覺都ok, 係有啲想食嘅嘢冇,所以下次都會食再下其他 continue reading

The porridge is just like rice water and tasteless, just like adding boiled water. Steamed rice with spareribs, the ribs just melted inside your mouth, no texture at all. the rice noodle rolls still very smooth but the meat is tasteless. I can't undertake that they want to keep the cost within budget but I the poor quality will push the customers away. I don't mind to pay more for the old quality, but now I don't think I will visit this shop again. continue reading
