已經係上年11月,是晚9點後先到,只有約6抬客,員工都好得閒。向一名男員工下單,分別點了『啫啫芥蘭煲』及『粉絲煲』。因太太不吃辣,所以要求啫啫煲少辣。該員工一聽面露不悅,話:『唔係好辣喳堝,無得走辣。』我話:『你幫我寫少辣啦。』佢開始負氣:『唔辣又點少辣呀?』我聽完都有喲慶:『你照寫啦。』佢轉身走開,留低一句:『是但,盡做啦』 菜上後,一食,不得了,好辣,再望清楚,成碟菜好多辣椒,即刻攞張單來睇,竟然寫住『加辣』. 叫部長來投訴,嗰位天才員工仲走過來問:『你唔係要加辣咩?』講完就走開。 雖然部長話幫我換,但驚第2次唔只加辣, 當然拒絕。該員工好玩唔玩,玩食物,浪費食物,其實好折墮。 講番嘢食,加辣後只有2個字,. 『難食』. continue reading

平時食海鮮都係去三聖或者流浮山,一來住得近,二來算係比較扺食同有質素,但坐得比較逼同限時。今次同九龍朋友食飯包左一圍12位,仲有得包埋房,坐得舒服,食物好味,又唔貴。我地之前訂左個餐:冰鎮鮑魚、長腳蟹兩味、蒸魚、豉油皇蝦、炒花甲、燒鵝、上湯西洋菜、啫啫芥蘭。全部餸都好味,食到飽晒,冰鎮鮑魚即係醉鮑魚,蟹蓋蒸蛋白超鮮甜。最正係免開瓶費,可以自己帶酒黎慢慢飲。但比起一般酒樓早關門(大概十點已經執晒枱)埋單$6580! continue reading

有日行開大角咀, 好耐未去過酒樓食小菜, 所以就去左呢間福門, 當日人流唔多, 好快就有位。點左個雞煲, 幾香, 辣度可以落單個陣揀, D料幾足! 同出面任食雞煲個D好唔同, 香好多。仲叫左個燒鵝, 老婆想食, haha, 睇落好油, 食落又唔係太油, 燒得幾靚架都。呢兩隻蟶子皇, 我就唔捨得叫黎食, 見到呢度唔係貴, $88/兩隻, 叫黎試下, 嘩無縮水WO, 同佢餐單張圖一模一樣, 食落好鮮, 一定係游水先有既味。呢個係蟹肉炒鮮奶, 麻麻地, 我就嫌佢炒得太實, 不過份量夠多, 味道係無問題的。我得兩個人但都食左4樣野, 飽到想死, 不過又發現到呢間酒樓D野又幾好食, 下次行開大角咀一定會再黎。 continue reading

123突然間挑起條癮好想食雞煲,但又唔想要任食個種,所以行遠少少黎呢間福門。之前同屋企人食飯黎過一次,啲中式菜都唔錯,大大碟又幾好味,今次食埋個雞煲都好正,睇黎可以叫屋企人黎多次,老人家就食小菜,後生仔可以食雞煲。叫左小辣,不過呢間辣味唔勁,下次可以直接食大辣。個雞煲都幾香,上枱就聞到香味,啲汁黏度剛好可以包住雞肉,入口啖啖有汁有肉。雞肉唔係切得好大件,所以睇落有好多,食落幾嫩滑,就算煮,到最尾都唔會太硬,幾好。另外叫多隻燒鴨脾,真心覺得不得了!外皮燒到卜卜脆,肉質多汁夠鮮嫩,重點係唔會太肥膩,又唔會醃到無哂肉味,正呀!最後追加兩隻粉絲蒸蟶子皇,有手掌咁大隻,入口鮮甜爽脆,蒸得剛剛好,為今晚做完美Ending。 continue reading
