心血來潮想食意大利菜,因為自己都比較中意食意大利菜。所以book左去呢間食,去到一見到個餐牌,實在太多野想食喇,最尾揀左下面呢4樣野。西班牙豬手,豬手好脆,味道好好唔會太咸烤香菇蠔肉,因為中意食菇類,所以叫左呢個,大大既香菇烤完出黎唔會乾,都好juicy,真係食一個已經夠皮,因為算大個。之後到個芝士龍蝦香草汁意粉,芝士濃得黎唔會漏,龍蝦d肉都好鮮甜最後呢杯Oreo朱古力,賣相100分,真係好似盆栽咁,味道唔錯,唔會太甜,整體好得意。 continue reading

看着 La Porcina 的 menu 封面上那個吸引的 waffle, 很難相信這是一間西班牙餐廳。 這裏簡單的裝修, 給人一種窗明几淨又帶點冷的感覺, 與西班牙的熱情有點格格不入。五年前遊西班牙, 從馬德里到西維爾到華倫西亞到巴塞隆拿, 要看的太多, 時間卻嫌太少, 倒是嚐了不少地道美食, 對西班牙這個國家甚為喜愛。La Porcina 提供啤酒的選擇多不勝數, 差點以為走進了個德國 beer hall。 by the glass 的餐酒反而紅, 白各只有三款。二話不說選了西班牙的出品。 這個蒜片欖油蝦配蒜蓉多士味道很好, 橄欖油跟蒜片都香甜, 蝦亦爽口, 不失為一道可口的餐前佐酒小吃。芝士烤香菇本已香氣四溢, 蠔肉是錦上添花。華倫西亞豬肉卷 ~ 在華倫西亞遊走時没有機會遇過這菜式, 這晚在香港試了, 不大驚喜。餐牌上這菜的英文名字是 Valencia Tortilla with Pork, 心裏想像是西班牙蛋餅 egg tortilla 豬肉卷, 原來是脆薄餅包着一件豬脾骨。 因為薄餅是脆身的緣故, 最方便的吃法是餅跟豬脾分開吃, 但同時也失卻了豬肉卷的意義。 為了這個, 嘗試在網上查找這個華倫西亞菜式的資料, 惜失敗而回。故意少點一些前菜及主菜, 以便給久違了的甜品預留空間。 在西班牙餐廳理應以 churros 作甜品, 無奈卻念念不忘 menu 封面上那個令人垂唌的 waffle, 來了一份焦糖核桃無花果窩夫, 賣相精美, 但味道實在非常一般, 失望。 原來有甜品作結的晚餐有時仍會留有不足及遺憾。餐牌上除了一般的西班牙菜式如 paella 外, 還有很多其他有趣的菜式, 如蜜糖啤酒海鮮窩, 蟹拼盤, 墨西哥玉米片, 麵包蟹焗飯等.... 只是因為抱着吃西班牙菜的心情而來, 總覺得有點不倫不類。也許對喜歡新鮮配搭的人來説, La Porcina 提供多元的選擇, 但對我這個 old school 而言, 我還是喜歡專注一點。正如我不喜歡晚飯時往來的 whatsapp 一樣。 continue reading

Had the signature pork knuckle which we waited for about 25 mins. The meat was tender and the taste not bad. Perhaps it would go well with some bread. It was already very sweet as it was and the waitress said that the honey should be added to bring out the flavour which I totally disagree. I really don't think that the cheap brand of honey would have augmented anything. I felt that the price is slightly on the high side but hey, I guess if it is in Sheung Wan, you gotta charge a higher price. The decor was Americana but the dish choices were kind of cutesy European. PS the waitress was a bit shy and unsure with herself but service was friendly overall. continue reading

今日午餐約埋幾個同事去左公司附近間餐廳食飯,一去到已經滿座,好彩留左位炸😝 其實已經吾係第一次黎😋,上個月先食完Dinner(attach返幾張上次叫既菜先)今日我地未放Lunch就已經研究食咩餐好😂 同事們樣樣都想食,我最後揀左南瓜蟹鉗忌廉飯❤️ 餐湯都有2款俾我地揀,我揀左3文魚果款(吾記得咩名😝),好好飲😋 入面仲有D 3文魚肉架,正! 講返個忌廉飯,真係好好食❤️ 勁多蟹鉗,個飯又勁Creamy 😂👍🏼 食完個飯,其實已經好飽,最後仲有個甜品作結尾....好好食,又吾記得咩名,但係有小小橙味,一D都吾膩 💯 continue reading
