上上回講到，農曆年後專程去上環食科記，結果摸門釘，時隔差不多一個月喺執念驅使下，再去會一會佢，今次仲要由公司行45分鐘去食，以增加肚餓感，多謝好同事陪我🤔🫶🏻 但明明我嚟過、拎住地圖都仲要帶錯路🥲豬扒飯上枱一刻，真係忍唔住諗：好似又被網上嗰啲厚厚豬扒相片呃咗🥲不過輕過簡單調味嘅煎豬扒的確幾好食，有家常感覺，食起嚟口感唔算好鬆軟，但對絕唔韌，配上甜甜嘅豉油汁+生蛋黃漿，好快就成碟飯食晒😋同枱嘅泰國（？）遊客360度咁影相前，有先抹乾淨碟邊，反觀自己就肚餓到求其影兩張相就開吃，真係好似有啲唔好意思😅

即將離開工作地方，臨走前想試試附近美食！今天一早十點來到科記，門口已經有差不多10人在等候，餐廳員工沒有特別記認，大概就是企起身嘅就係員工，坐低嘅就係客人叫咗外賣拎走，由於太受歡迎，所以都要等20至30分鐘，餐廳留低咗我嘅電話，整好就會通知我嚟拎。就算係外賣，店家都會跟一隻紙碟，方便客人食用，我覺得好貼心。入口有少少沙嗲味，洋蔥同牛肉都好足料，坦白講定價55蚊係有少少偏貴，但整體都覺得新鮮整好，而且味道濃郁、牛肉入味，係一個醒晨小食！

一口嘗試了豬扒飯時，即刻失望了。豬排硬過石頭，無經過任何處理，無松過肉，部位粗，無牙應該唔係點樣咬得到！飯的口感很硬，而且沒有任何風味。醬汁就係鼓油加了點糖煮一下吧，沒有任何香氣。我對這頓午餐絕對失望，不會再去。店員服務態度也是很差，聽到門口人話兩個，打完電話後同返佢地話1個，佢地好似好不歡迎咁私地話一陣話一個一陣話兩個，但人地入座前已經同佢地講左1個啦，又唔係入座後先講。飯跟湯69蚊，就係個湯值10蚊而已，下次唔了其他炒麵98蚊，好過去搶。正正常常去連鎖快餐店食好過。

近日都在中上環工作，無論是街道或牆上的塗鴉，這裡的確是有另類優閒氣氛。而呢一間餐廳位置不顯眼，無華麗裝修，無服務，但價錢就比得起中上環核心區餐廳！但基本上每次經過，由1pm至 3pm 都可以見到不小人等候入座。來吧！今天見到有位就試下！一個洋蔥芽菜豬扒飯$75， 再加凍飲$15 共$90. 我初時以為自己睇錯，再和服務員確認，對呀！$90，無問題如果真系值的話。...嗯..成碟飯.太油膩，但洋蔥芽菜是炒得好，還保持有脆脆的咬口，豬扒呢？....乾！！！應該不會再去試。
