工作中午餐,可以泊到車嘅呢間茶餐廳,門面傳統茶餐廳嘅格局,店內較暗,桌椅都頗舊,牆上好多手寫餐牌同相片!當時已過午餐高峰時間,唔使等位,我哋坐四人位,唔迫!店員會問每位客人要不要例湯!例湯:睇落材料好足,飲落味道好怪,帶一陣好澀嘅味,仲有啲喇脷,唔係我一個,係飲例湯嘅同事都覺有,全部飲一啖就唔飲(當然我只見有紅蘿蔔同豬骨,真係唔知佢落咗乜野)霸王雞($48)賣相不錯,份量幾大,薑絲係老薑,食唔到,雞唔肥,肉正常(唔嚡唔滑)豉油汁微鹹清爽,拌碟嘅通菜爽脆!ok白飯頗硬熱檸茶(跟午餐)茶底濃微澀,夠熱正常同事食:黑椒豬扒腸飯($45)叫了少飯西多士($28)跟西多嘅糖漿好浠熱華田(跟餐)食物ok,但上菜嘅姨姨服務幾粗糙,我哋四個人,佢上菜只會放近佢嗰邊,即使我嗰邊枱面無晒位置,而份餐講咗係我旁邊嘅同事嘅,佢唔會理,會將舊嘅餸堆開,夾硬迫啲位出來放低就走,幾次都係咁樣,好無品!落單嗰位姨姨就正常!明白茶餐廳唔係大酒店,但都唔使夾硬來,推跌啲餸咪又係要佢做多啲功夫 continue reading

在附近開會,找食店吃午飯,經過這小店,入去試試,從餐牌和牆邊有甚多選擇,還後決定叫了一個梅菜扣肉,跟午餐有湯和飲品送,湯是紅羅白,入口清甜潤喉,飲品叫了凍奶茶,甜味適中,扣肉來到,肥瘦各半,入口肥的肉夠淋近溶化了,瘦肉亦不硬,火喉剛剛好,再者,它又跟了菜蕊在底,夠爽,梅菜不鹹又帶點甜,三劍合擊下絕對稱霸,其實整店留给我最深印象,不是食物,而是所有店員的親切招待,小店才會有的特式,非常難能可貴,因我只吃一個午餐,真想講一句,上水"好彩有你",我會再來的。 continue reading

大陸回歸吔個麵,瞓醒食個麵氹氹自己開心!先到珍苑排長龍,唯有是但走去食大利啦。對上首次探訪適逢農曆年紅日全場只供應即食麵、即棄膠羹膠叉、發泡膠碗,感覺甚差,今日比多次機會您。紅腸太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,炸紅腸每塊都兜住成殼油,起碼索乾淨先出比我麻,唯有掉落湯度沖個涼先得。太陽蛋黃冷冷的,配上半脆半滑熱蛋白一啖啪入口都還可以,蛋黃口中爆破,黏黏的汁液滲透每顆味蕾、每條齒縫,滿足。白菜仔就有點削,沒有菜甜味,又硬帶少許澀,唔多掂。豬扒炒蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,真的不可以貌取人,看似乾硬豬扒,賣相麻麻,但食落鬆化香口,醃味恰到好處,好好食!雖然等左成十分鐘先有得食,不過出前一丁煮理得非常高質,慢工出細貨,軟硬適中又爽滑,掛上濃湯跟香辣潤志辣椒肉啜啜啜,幾口已被我完全消滅。辣度強烈,刺激感滿載,越食越起勁!給我多一點鑊氣就更如虎添翼。豬扒炒蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,上次係煎豬好好味,但今次比焗豬,粉勁多又無蛋,油膩感強烈蓋過所有味道,豬扒本身都醃味偏淡。炒滑蛋有 heart 即炒,雖然蛋味淡,但熱辣辣都唔差,嫩滑有蛋香。自家沙嗲牛凍既,鮮牛味道質地還可以,並不是罐頭貨,不乾鞋不咸不濁。如果跟多年前大埔大眾樂快餐店一樣係即叫即做就攞滿分啦,醃好既鮮牛走走油撈個沙嗲汁,熱騰騰嫩滑充滿肉汁出貨,那有輸的可能性呢!炸雞髀,肉質嫩滑剛剛出爐,外皮香脆非常唔油膩,但勁咸啊!依個餐份量十足,仲以為會唔夠飽加多隻炸髀,完終食唔落要外賣帶走隻炸髀呢! continue reading

在上水外出用餐越來越貴,幸好住在舊墟附近,那頭的餐廳還是可以接受的價錢,現在普通的一個湯面加餐包餐飲$30是很平常。這裡值得一賺的是螺絲粉,不會太軟身,保持了彈牙的口感,湯上配數塊椰菜,感覺清新。配餐遲擇了雙蛋,煎得略略太熟,沒有蛋汁沾麵包變得很乾。總括價錢可以接受,在上水能靜靜吃早餐的地方越來越少了。 continue reading

放工後在上水走走,想找間人少一點的餐廳,只可惜踫上賽馬日,但凡有電視直播的,總是人頭湧湧,反正是填飽就算,沒什麼好要求的。近月來的上水,只要是租約期滿,即時結業,並以最快速度開藥房已是常識,一條街十九幾間藥房,不是真的多人病了,而是整個社會病了,本末倒置式的所謂旅遊業,盲目追求客量,在「劣幣驅逐良幣」下,只會令外國遊客卻步,又真的無奈!話說回來,暫存的茶餐廳依然是價廉物美,一個人逼點問題不大,蒸魚套餐連湯及飯,湯是蓮藕湯,君子之交淡如水一樣;魚是鯇魚腩,用上梅菜蒸,只得一片,反而飯量足,拉上補下,望望掛牆電視,又爆冷一場,四周傳來咒罵聲,母親問候語在天空亂飛,很街坊的感覺,窩心! continue reading
